When it comes to the Canucks, I'm on the fence about the rest of the season.  I don't want a losing culture to take hold in the organization, but the season is already a bust so ending up in 3rd last place would really help the cause.  I'd like to see what JB could do with the 2nd pick in the draft.  After the Sabres pick Dahlin 1st of course!

I agree AJ we need to instill a winning culture but winning a handful of games at the end of this horrific season will not help progress these kids. They know the road is hard and need to get better. A high pick will add talent and help the rebuild....but yes there is also the chance of becoming EDM 2.0    Aaaah I dont know I just want to have a consistently competitive squad that has more toughness than we are accustomed to.

Honestly, we don't even have to tank at this point it just kinda happens. But with the new lottery we'll likely just end up screwed at the draft anyway, figures the draft rules would change just before we enter a rebuild.
