    Lost Mom to cancer yesterday. She fought hard and long she just couldnt beat it : (    Take care of yourselves CDC,   go get checked if something just doesnt feel right pay attention to what your body is telling you.

      Lost my Dad to cancer recently. Going to give Mom a few extra large hugs this weekend for multiple reasons, her being amazing, and for recently losing her soul mate to quickly name a few.

      Caps aren't known to be a defensive team, which is what Trotz's style is generally about. It may take them a while to transition, or maybe they will realize that defence wins championships and start executing. Wouldn't hold my breath.
