My bad I missread the previous post concerning being 100% certain, to busy yelling at the Kings on TV. This post however is bang on IMHO. This whole thread would do better to use the word probability in terms of the existance of God. In my mind I think the probability is extremely low but not impossible.

I think I understand where you are coming from but .....Did you know that scientists argree that there are really only around 200 known truths or AXIOMS ? 120 or so of those are proof of the elements of the periodic table and their compositions. Through the scientific method they have proven beyond the shadow of a doubt that these elements exist in our 3 dimensional state of reality. These truths can be quantified and qualified. Justification has no relevance in science. We need formal proof. Anything other than that is making excuses or trying to rationalize a hypothesis turning it into an AD HOC hypothesis(In science and philosophy, an ad hoc hypothesis is a hypothesis added to a theory in order to save it from being falsified. Ad hoc hypothesizing is compensating for anomalies not anticipated by the theory in its unmodified form.) In regards to our discussion here in this thread we can safely agree upon the lack of evidence or data in regards to proof that God does exist. We can also safely say that with the lack of evidence or data to the contrary we cannot prove God does not exist. My personal belief is that the concept of God is a postulate/construct that has been created by early man in his quest to decipher the unknown. Growing up in a very religious atmosphere I was lucky enough to have atleast one parent that would question more, rather than blindly lapping up rhetoric and unproven truths that were forced upon the world by fanatical religious leaders and scholars. That being said I cannot explain many events in my life and in history in regards to perceived miracles or outcomes like this book that cannot be burned. As many have stated show us the proof that solidifies your personal belief that a God does not exist. The onus falls solely on you because you claim to be 100% certain God does not exist. You can see why many of us are having trouble with your claim. I am not saying you are wrong, what I and others are asking is where is your concrete empircal evidence to prove your claim. You cannot merley state that you are 100% certain of something without providing some sort of data or proof. Outside of this you are making a grievous error not only to yourself to deny actual truth but are not willing to seek it out.

If only the masses could see this blatantly obvious tool for mass coercion !

Your post is so contradictory. I am not sure what evidence you gathered to reach your percieved assertion, sorry mate not being a dick just pointing out the obvious. You cannot prove or disprove the existance of A God or any God's if you will. There is no way to prove if a spiritual realm exists or not. You have no evidence but your own assupmtions not assertion. The certainty you claim is pure speculation. We have no instruments or data to collect info from any experiments to prove or disprove a non physical being actually exists and can be communicated with. How can 100% certainty be irrelevant if 100% cetainty through empirical evidence can be achieved ? We actually know a microscopic amount about the physical universe let alone a possible non physical or spiritual one.
