    If the 2020-2021 season runs long because the league tries to fit 82 games in beginning in January, could the expansion draft be delayed?

    It needs to happen after the season has ended.

      It probably would be, but I'm betting we're getting a shortened season. I'm hoping for like 60 games, but my gut is feeling a 48-game season.

      I still think a half season against western teams like the 2013 season  is the likely scenario.

      @Pears I don't see the western teams concept working this time as it means lots of crossing the border.  The Jays plan to play in Toronto with American teams coming and going was shot down by the Feds.
