    OEL

    Pettersson

    Miller

     

    Is it risky buying an OEL jersey? Will he play out his contract here? I'm a big fan and hoping he takes a step forward this season.

      I picked up a Hughes but OEL was an option I think

    Congrats to the NHL for the Blues win! If this was the Leafs with this many players/coaches in Covid protocol, they would have postponed the game, such a joke, Canucks were the way better team tonight again just like last game, very proud of this team given the circumstances

    Just watched the Demon Slayer movie after finishing the first season.  WOW.  That ending gave me Endgame feels *phew*.

      Fairly good and it's canon to the manga. Picks up right after the events of the season. 

       

      I'd say the peak of the show so far is episode 18-20. Especially episode 19

      @-AJ- the picks have leaked on Twitter all morning.  Mostly from Frank Serevelli but from a couple other legit sources too.

       

      I think Detroit it the only pick that hasn't leaked. We also don't know the trades and side deals that will be announced at the draft

      He currently is on a leave of absence from the Canadiens for personal reasons. Why would anyone be looking to acquire him, and I doubt he's even thinking about playing hockey right now

    During the cap era, no team with a player whose cap hit is above $10 million has won a playoff round, up until Price did it last night. Quite eye-opening and something to note when looking at Hughes/Pettersson's contracts.

      I still use the beginner's method. My best time with that method (years ago) was 24 seconds. With my best speed cube (which isn't super high end) I can average about 50 seconds

      We've lost 6 in a row in regulation. We have 9 games left. The longest losing streak in regulation in NHL history is 17 games.

       

      To lose all the next 9 in regulation (since even an OTL would improve our points percentage), we'd have to have an almost historic losing streak (15 games)

       

      10 games is the longest regulation losing streak in Canucks history

      But the teams trading away the LTIR contract would still have to take on OEL. The Canucks might be in a perfect desperation spot of needing D, having tradeable contracts with lower salary than cap hit, and having already called about OEL. 

       

      That said, I don't like OEL's contract
