How are they saving money when students are bringing in space heaters? Wouldn't the electricity from 48 space-heaters be worse than running one furnace that heats the whole dorm?
Just wait for summer classes. There's no air conditioning or really any air circulation either. We once brought our lawn chairs and took our class outside because it was unbearable inside.
