Yeah, I'm changing shoes for sure. Thanks for the tip on the treadmill. We have treadmill, stationary bike, and an elliptical here for cardio-equipment, so I should be set for low impact until I can get back to running properly.
Happened to me after I quit smoking and started running again, changed shoes from a neutral to running w/support started uphill steep incline up tempo everytime I decreased the incline by the time I felt better I was running 10k 4 days a week
