  1. They dug deep & earned that win, I didn't care who won coming in, but as that OT went along it was hard not to cheer for the Hurricanes.
  2. I compared those 3 b/c their all bigger or stronger. But ya I have time for that, throw Newhook in that conversation too. Newhook might be the best player on this Canadian team.
  3. How would u guys rate Podkolzin, Cozens & Boldy? Ive been most impressed by Boldy. I think hes got the best hands & the best shot. Aswell as the highest IQ. Podkolzin is the most complete, and probably has the most potential to be a line driver. Cozens big advantage is he also plays C. He's plays a complete game & skates very good at his size. Some advantages are bigger than others, some are slighter.
  4. With other still to come possibly. Parsons, Pu (i think) & of course Olli. That was a loaded team.
  5. I would be surprised if they took Caufield but, id be happy if they did too for the reasons you say. I doubt we're gunna take him. Such a tough draft to handicap. Could see Krebs rising or falling a bit. Same with Zegras & Caufield. Let me guess.. Tkachuk, Marner, Dvorak, Mete, Bouchard, Thomas, Jones?
  6. Who knows what Edmonton will do. As someone said they need everything. I think all the best players at Edmontons pick will be forwards. I wouldnt be surprised it they nabbed Boldy right before us. But who knows.
  7. Dont think Juolevi played in the U18's. London was in the memorial cup. Juolevi did star in the world juniors with that historic finnish team that had Laine, Pulju, Aho, Kapanen, exc
  8. For me weaknesses of Krebs would be not a burner speedwise, & not a great shooter/goal scorer. Newhook is better in both areas IMO. But Krebs is better to be relied upon as a two-way C that can take big draws & play PK. He has the details down. I'm curious, what is it for you that puts him over Newhook? Good write up. I don't think Caufield has 100 point potential, otherwise I agree with everything. Rees is an interesting guy. As of now I think he projects as a bottom 6 guy, but he's got great speed & good hands. He's raising his stock with this tourney for sure. I'd have Dach / Turcotte at the top if you were to throw them all in a group. (perhaps positional bias plays into that) After that Boldy would be my #2, but then there's good arguments to be made for all of them. Cozens / Caufield / Newhook / Krebs / Zegras, Its a great group
  9. All these years later Sharks continue to get favorable treatment. It was one of the worst calls in recent memory, and Vegas also choked on the PK. Ultimately the call comes before the powerplay, so the reffing was worse. But your still up 3-0. It was anyones game in OT, but the 100% changed the outcome of this game.
  10. Haha thats hilarious. What a game. So only 1 hope left for me. 0/7 so far. Thank god there's a 2nd chance bracket.
  11. I just mean in the moment. Not previous history. Basically if you replaced what Vegas just went through with Vancouver, my heart would explode.
  12. I swear I was watching our season end as Bieksa went down to block pass from Toews. Time stood still. Somehow Luongo got across & easily robbed Sharp.
