Hmmm, this should be interesting, good for them, it will save them money, hopefully the new impact zone looks a bit better on TV. -

what would it have added to the story? vs having a better finish to complete a 5 star match. -

It seemed pretty obvious to me that it wasn't. You could tell something was wrong, even when he got off the stretcher, when he held his hands up in the air, his fists weren't closed like they normally are, it was probably some nerve problem from the way he landed, with his neck problems it was probably a stringer/burner. But you could tell, I mean he wasn't right. Lets hope he can come back and this isn't a serious career threatening thing. But then again I haven't heard anything since watching the PPV. -

Hopefully Angle is ok. They were on there way to a 5 star match, and easy MOTY candidate if not winner. Even with the injury its atleast a 4 star match, but man what a match they were having too, I just really hope he is okay. -

I don't think anyone thinks it will end soon, it just means the product won't likely improve & become great for awhile. -

Forgot about Firefly. Yeah that would probably be mine too, the Day of reckoning games were the best, I remember I always used that one as my superstar's theme music is DOR1. -

I would rather them just give extra time to Bryan/Orton instead. I have no interest in the divas at all. A Great opportunity to go to the bathroom & get some food. So many to choose from, I like that 'the broken' song aswell, SVR06 had a pretty good soundtrack. Also the songs by Skillet, not sure if it was SVR10 or SVR11 but they were pretty good too. -

I wouldn't say it ruined it. But it would have been nice maybe for Reigns to stumble on the ropes for a second after the punch (not fall down right away) and have Cody catch him as he's falling, pull him into the center of the ring, and hit the cross Rhodes. Oh well just a minor detail, it was still really good. -

Your not missing anything. So far: Good opening promo from Orton "Meh" Orton/Miz match with the annyoing Wyatts coming in for the distraction finish. (Why?) Cena "heart & desire" video Los Chringeworthyes vs 3MB I've been flipping between this & the Caps/Oilers game. -

MG assessed the situation, he saw there was no place on our team for Grabner & that Grabner was an unproven player with little experience. His trade value was dwindling, so he moved a player that didn't fit with us, for an asset we really needed. ON pretty much hit the nail on the head in his reply. Your taking it out of context, and looking back in hindsight like it was so clear at the time of the trade what would happen. -

Hodgson didn't even make the team that year. There was no room on our roster for him. He would have been waived & lost, especially after the poor camp he had, if he couldn't make Florida he wouldn't have cracked our roster. He had a bad camp with Florida, I don't see how it would have been any different with Vancouver. If anything he should have been more motivated going to Florida with plenty of opportunity. Either way, he would have been absolutely superb to make the team. As the bolded had all come off of career seasons, and I'm sure you remember how AV would always take the Vets he trusted over the rookies. Daniel - Henrik - Burrows Raymond - Kesler - Sammuelsson On top of that there was no room on the third line, as Malhotra and Torres had been brought in aswell After watching our defense get absolutely decemated, getting a top 4 Dman like Ballard at the time was a much better move than putting Grabner on waviers. Thats why I find the Grabner whining moot, he really didn't have a future with our team. -

Actually even if we didn't make the Ballard trade, we would have lost Grabner on waivers either way. -

I don't know. To be honest I think Burr is clear cut above those guys offensively, and his offensive talent gets underrated. He's a got a good shot, really smart in the offense zone, great at protect the puck, winning battles in the corner's exc. Daniel would be better utilized with Henrik, we just either need to get a winger for Kesler. Or go with Burrows there. Though I think Kassian has the skillset where he could be a good fit with Kesler. And has looked good there in the past IMO, hopefully he gets more opportunity in the next few games with both Kes & the Twins. -

Its not like Raymond was a playoff hero anyways, Santorelli in some sense maybe an improvement, or atleast a wash considering he brings some different elements to the table. I get our offense has dried up, but I don't think seperating the Sedins is gunna add more scoring as whole, I think it would just maybe balance it out more. What we could do, that might work better, is keep the the Twins together, then move Burrows (who is our next best winger) down with Kesler, they are always a good duo, then put either Hansen or Kassian with the Twins. Since the Twins can produce well with either, that might add a bit more scoring from Kesler's line, then you have your choice of Booth, Higgins, Santorelli or Hansen/Kassian to put on Keslers other wing. -

I don't understand where people get this idea Booth is bad. He's actually been alright this year. If anyone is expecting him to get points every game, then your expectations are too high. He's played on the third line so far this year, and even 2nd line players don't get points every game. If we can get 20+ goals and 40-50 points from Booth, with the style of game he brings, (assuming that he's playing in a middle 6 role) then he's doing fine. -

This is where you lost me. I get your point, but there's a difference between Neal/Crosby & Daniel/Henrik. The Sedins have chemistry that has really never been seen before in our game. Its a unique situation, that can't really be compared to anyone else in the league IMO. -

Yeah I know, Kassian is #9. Its not hard to see how great he is at protecting the puck around the net. -

Hansen & Higgins are great third liners on great contracts because of those limited NTC's. Without them we would be overpaying for players that aren't worth it like alot of teams. Actually that seems to fit Kassian's game quite while, he's very very strong along the boards, can protect the puck better than anyone on our team, he can cycle, and with his size has no issues going to the net & battling. There is a reason why Kassian has worked wonders with the Sedins before & hopefully we see him get a chance with them again soon. -
