  1. I was right to trade the players I did at the deadline. Was all part of the plan to align with Chicago.
  2. Probably the only time in history I'll be happy with Chicago getting good fortune.
  3. Rangers will be winning one of them. Clearly @Salter has connections, and wants another lotto win. If only he was tied to the Canucks...
  4. @73 Percent has been awfully quiet, perhaps wallowing in tears? His sloppy seconds prevented him from glory, giving way to the league's first ever 2x champ It was a close series though, closer than the 5-1 end result would lead you to believe. Despite being near the bottom in sv% and gaa all year, my goalies came up huge, thanks to Binnington and Mrazek. The keepers all did well, especially Draisaitl, who I'm very glad I decided to keep over Kuznetsov. My former players in Stamkos and Murray fared pretty well, but it wasn't enough to keep Avery from getting his cup. Was a fun season, and looking forward to next year as always.
  5. Draft Lottery Night. It will surely be disappointing for Canucks fans, but at least 3 people here will be happy with a higher pick. Below are the teams and who they are tied to based on RL standings. 1. @Big-Country --> 2. @Art Vandelay --> 3. @WalkWithElias40 --> 4. @Jaku --> 5. @maroe --> 6. @Salter --> 7. @canuckledraggin --> 8. @Sygvard --> 9. @Alain Vigneault --> 10. @Watermelons --> 11. @LilBurrows --> 12. @Tigs --> 13. @Baer. --> 14. @Nail --> 15. @Bombastik der Teutone -->
  6. I've created a playoff version of the league for the sole sake of using the live scoring. If anyone ever has some time to kill, and would like to help with playoff tracking, it would be greatly appreciated. I would just ask you to copy the layout from the forum, and add the stats for the day. Example in spoiler.
  7. Playoff matchups are up and can be found under the message forum section. You can hit that gear to move it higher on the page.
  8. Playoff league is up! Gave it some home ice advantage to our Prez Trophy winner @D-Money who set a new league record 6624.5 points.
  9. Looks like I missed it in the CBA Yeah the idea is that it gives you a better chance to earn points, while still giving both teams a fighting chance. So it was supposed to be 10 players in round one, 7 in round two, 4 in finals. All while keeping the count best by position in mind. Since I didn't include it in CBA, it's probably most fair to not use the rule, as everyone else wasn't operating under that thought. We can just add it next year, or leave it off as a way to incentivize more trades.
  10. Ovie, Kuzy, Oshie top 3 scorers Copley with all 4 W's somehow haha Marchessault the next Brent Sopel
  11. Tampa Bay Lightning Playoff Roster
  12. Your team won't be a cakewalk by any means, and is clearly a threat considering the recent finals appearance. If you do manage to shutdown our top 2 dogs, then Carlson and Josi will be waiting. Failing that, we'll send Rinaldo to your front door!
  13. I'll just be keeping track on fantrax through the in-league message forum. Will start posting those soon. If there was a way for fantrax to track it I'd definitely do it, but I don't think there's any system that would accommodate this setup. Yes the count best restrictions still apply, but on a game by game basis. So if Mikey's 3 goalies all won game 1, then only 2 of them would count. But if Vas/Bishop won game 1 and Vas/Lehner won game 2, all would apply, as they were spread out. Also keep in mind only 10 players will count per game. And remember the averages. So if Ovie gets 4 points in a caps sweep, he'll be worth 1 point in games 5-7. If he only got 3 points, he'd be worth nothing. Only applies if team won.
  14. Playoff matchups are set. Please send me your playoff rosters. 1. @Master Mind vs 8. @Boeserific 2. @MikeyBoy44 vs 7. @Nail 3. @Phil The Thrill vs 6. @Art Vandelay 4. @73 Percent vs 5. @Bombastik der Teutone

  17. Hopefully not! Last day @73 Percent, you're up by 1 goal, 2 assists. PPP are tied, I'm leading shots by 4 and wins by 2. I appreciate you picking up another sloppy second of mine in Luongo. If you take shots, and Lu gets you a shutout for the win, I won't be too mad, as this could be his final game. If that bum Murray gets a shutout though...
  18. Flyers Playoff Roster Forsberg - Backstrom - Kucherov Pacioretty - Hertl - Marner Hayes - Johnson - Smith Marleau - Turris - Frolik Perreault Josi - Krug McAvoy - Pietrangelo Myers - Pettersson Dillon Holtby McElhinney Coach: Luongo

  20. Jets Playoff Roster Bryan Rust - J.T. 21. Jets activate Pitlick from IR, place Wagner on IR: https://www.rotoworld.com/hockey/nhl/player/24947/chris-wagner
  22. Gonna throw in one more nomination, Jonathan Toews for the Selke Trophy. Toews has been arguably the best player in both ends of the ice this year, regularly shutting his opponents down, while putting up a career high 35 goals and 79 points (and counting). He almost willed his Hawks into the playoffs, and likely would have got them there will a full season of Crawford. Captain serious will watch you as you vote.
