  1. My CPA education work is stressful beyond belief. I'm not sure how I'll cope.

Just finished a yoga class; it helps me. At the end, the instructor said "whenever you are in a stressful time, or if you are in one now, just think of the previous stressful times and how you got through it then to be here today". Something like that. It will end eventually. In the mean time keep plugging away and implement Green Building's advice.

@Green Building I'm a CPA student. I have plenty of activities to unwind, but I feel that with full-time work and this education program, I have almost no time to indulge in them, causing a stress build-up.

Perhaps your employer would be welcome to reduced hours while you educate. If not, there's a chance what I'm about to say won't be possible, or well received, but if you feel you're at a breaking point then ditch one. Without knowing anything at all about you and your current education level, I'd keep going on the CPA as it definitely opens piles of employment doors. Hey, that's just me. I don't do work and school at the same time as I'm not wired that way.

If you don't have time then there's only one way to get it, make it. It may sound callous or dismissive, but that's what I've done my whole life, make it, that is, not be callous or dismissive (debatable). If you're merely venting here as an outlet that's fine, it's natural to genuinely feel like you don't have enough time in a day as that's the world we live in. Everything is time, time, time. We push ourselves too hard, and often for the greater benefit of others instead of ourselves.

One last recommendation for you (that again, will take time): acupuncture. It's insane how different I feel after a session. My thoughts which were once self contained inside my head are now freely travelling across a calm sea on a sunny day. It's that feeling your whole body gets when having a glass or 2 of delicious red wine. The relaxation that comes from that expansive release is immeasurable, and quite difficult to put into words.

As an aside, I'll be returning to school full time myself in August. Major life change, but work likely won't be accompanying me for that journey.

Keep plugging away, I wish you luck.
