    Maybe it's just me, but I'm super excited to see Crosby on fire right now. With all the talk of Ovechkin setting amazing records, I feel that Crosby's been a bit left behind.

      crosby won everything so far and Ovie been #2 in the nhl most of his career so might argue top5 with stamkos (before injury), taveras(at one point), karlsson, mcdavid. ovies pure passion and lack of winning with a nice attitude.

      I think a lot of it is that Crosby's done everything there is to do and Ovi's always had the "Well, he hasn't won a cup" bit that people would use to downplay his accomplishments. Now that him and the Caps have gone and done that people are more generous with their praise and they've got less (not that there was much to begin with) material to rip on him with.

       

      I'm glad Crosby's lighting it up though, I've always liked em both. Great, passionate players. Best two of their era imo.
