  1. I used Docusign for work a few times, but not independent of work. Seemed fine.
  2. I'm voting for the Steamer, Stan Smyl. Nominating Morrison again.
  3. Nalsund was winning by quite a bit, so I figured I'd end #5 a bit early. Tanti led the nominations by quite a bit so he was added as a voting option. Reminder to both vote and nominate another player to be added as a voting option! For those of you who haven't seen these kinds of polls before, the way they work is you vote for who you think is the greatest/top Canuck at the position. As for what is meant by "Greatest" or "Top", I will leave that to each individual. I have my own interpretations, but others may define it differently. Worth noting, that I do want to keep this to their tenures with Vancouver and as players, thus a player like Neely would only be considered for his Vancouver time and guys like Quinn and Crawford would only be considered for their playing careers, not their coaching careers. The List: #1 - H. Sedin #2 - D. Sedin #3 - T. Linden #4 - P. Bure #5 - M. Naslund
  4. As much as they may be irritated, I really do hope voters of older players remain--it's definitely true that there are a lot of younger posters (or just ones that don't know their history), so those who've been fans through the 70s, 80s, and 90s have valuable opinions.
  5. I always felt that Alexei Zhamnov never got his due. As @Tre Mac mentioned, Palffy is another one that comes to mind.
  6. I'm voting for Naslund again and this time nominating Brendan Morrison.
  7. As I expected, the last one was a landslide, with Bure taking over 60% of the votes. Burrows had the most nominations, so he was added as a voting option. Reminder to both vote and nominate another player to be added as a voting option! 8. I would actually agree with the bolded--you've nailed the head on primarily why I have Nazzy over Bure. That said, the real difference is 12 years vs 7 years and 884 games vs 428 games, which is too great a difference for me to give the edge to Bure, despite the fact that I will fully agree that Bure was better while he was a Canuck. It also helps that Naslund was captain for 8 years too. If Bure had something like 10 years and 600 or 650 games, he would be much higher in my books--certainly above Naslund and maybe above Linden too.
  9. I downloaded it recently because I have some friends at work who wanted to try it with me (and it's cross-platform). I played the tutorial, but haven't done anything else. I'm not huge on battle royale, so I'm not sure it'll grab me.
  10. This is probably the first time (of many, I'm sure) where I'll have a bit of a more controversial pick in voting for Naslund over Bure, who I'm guessing will end up winning. I'm nominating Burrows.
  11. I was a bit surprised, but Linden won! Still, it was fairly close between him and Bure. Kesler dominated the nominations, so he was added as a voting option. Reminder to both vote and nominate another player to be added as a voting option! 12. I definitely have the same fear. I don't think most of those guys should be going any time super soon, but I do worry that when we get past the greatest few, our 70s and 80s boys will be forgotten. Hopefully there are enough voters to give them a chance!
  13. Naslund's already on the list of options, so he doesn't need to be nominated. Do you have a nomination of a player not on the list of voting options yet?
  14. Now it's time for me to vote for the ultimate Captain Canuck, Trevor Linden. Nominating Kesler.
  15. This one was not terribly interesting, as we all knew Danny would very likely win. Now it gets interesting again. Edler dominated the nominations with 14 nominations and was added as an option. Reminder to both vote and nominate another player to be added as a voting option! 16. Luongo is already on the list of voting options, so he doesn't need to be nominated. Do you have another nomination to be added to the list of options?
  17. Time to get his brother in! I'm voting for Danny next. Bure had a lot of votes last time, so it'll be interesting to see if he would beat Daniel here. I'm nominating Edler again.
  18. First one done! Congrats to Henrik Sedin for being voted as the Greatest Canuck of All-Time. Ohlund had the most nominations, so he was added to the list. On to #2! Reminder to both vote and nominate another player to be added as a voting option! 19. It's interesting to see those stats, thanks for posting @Phil_314. As crazy as it is, I would probably put Petey at 4th in my MVP voting for the Canucks. Marky would go #1, Miller #2, Hughes #3, and Petey #4. Somewhat frustrating that we're not better than we are with such a star studded top group of players.
  20. I will be relying on you to pull for our 70s boys!
  21. As I said, I'm leaving interpretation up to each person. Personally, I read it as the best combination of all things that make a great Canuck. For instance, Bure isn't #1 for me because he only played 428 games as a Canuck. Longevity is relevant. At the same time, Linden isn't #1, because despite playing much of his prime in the higher scoring early and mid-90s, he never scored over a point-per-game. Still, Bure ranks high for me, because his pure skill helps him and Linden also ranks high because of his longevity, character, and leadership. The Sedins, while perhaps not the best in terms of skill nor the heart of a Canuck, to me are the best in terms of the overall package. Again, you decide what the best way is to rank players for yourself and vote how you feel led.
  22. My list changes right away from the old Top 40 list in 2011. Back in 2011, Linden was my #1, but that's now Henrik Sedin. I'm gonna nominate Alex Edler to the list.
  23. Given all the down time many of us have, I figured now is as good a time as any to start up a Top 50 Canucks of All-Time poll series to figure out CDC's opinion on the matter. A similar list was done about 9 years ago for the Top 40 Canucks of All-Time in 2011 by @Champions of Nothing to celebrate the 40th anniversary, so I figured doing a Top 50 would be fitting for the 50th anniversary celebrations. Side note: I can't seem to find the old Top 40 list, so if someone can figure it out, that'd be awesome to compare the two lists. For those of you who haven't seen these kinds of polls before, the way they work is you vote for who you think is the greatest/top Canuck at the position. As for what is meant by "Greatest" or "Top", I will leave that to each individual. I have my own interpretations, but others may define it differently. Another key aspect to these lists is to nominate another Canuck to be added to the list of voting options. Our current list is empty, so get voting & nominating!
  24. Given the down time, I'm considering doing a Top 50 Canucks of All-Time poll series (akin to the ones done in 2011). Would there be interest in that?

This thing might go on for a while.  Might want to expand that to rank every single player to ever play for the Canucks.  Would be interesting to see who comes in dead last.  Maybe Messier?  :)

Then maybe also the top 10 players from each position, top rookie seasons...

@-Vintage Canuck- Last time, @Champions of Nothing did the Top 40 Canucks of All-Time list, but it was just 40 since it was the 40-year anniversary. I saved the later list of Top 50 players of all-time, but I never saved the Top 40 Canucks of All-Time list.
