The ones under 70 should just be the (O+70)/2 rounded to the nearest whole number, If for instance O=61 then (O+70)/2=65.5 so your original formula would pop out 66.

Unless you have numbers below 70, it's always going to spit out the number in column O.

So O3=85 which makes (70+O3)/2 = 77.5. So the MAX will now tell you which of those values is greater, obviously the 85. ROUND(x,0) is just going to round that maximum value to the nearest whole number.

Oh ok. When you said "column O is 85" instead of O3 is 85 it sounded like a one off thing or that for some reason you just have the same number a zillion times.
