      My pleasure Buddhahooum.

       

      Just remember these two things:

       

      1) You WILL eventually feel better.  It will take a long time but you WILL get there.

       

      2) You WILL see your mom again one day.

       

      Take these two sentences with you and read them whenever you’re feeling down.  Keep talking to friends, family, and a counselor if need be.  Don’t internalize.  
       

      You’re not alone in this struggle.  Get some rest.
