Ideas that I've applied(to varying degrees of application, and/or success)
- Cut back time w/tech(pc's, Iphones, games..all that shyte). Especially 2 or 3 hrs preceding sleep
- Increase training intensity, and/or duration. Cardio AND weights(resistance-training)
- Take Zinc capsules daily
- Try to highly organize your immediate environment, & establish predictable routines, wherever it's possible
- Either cut alcohol completely, or reduce it significantly(esp evenings, like tech use)
- Perhaps read fiction..esp if bored at night. Absorbed in other characters from novels, might distract you from overly focusing upon your own personal fatigue,(& associated effects)
Just some ideas..but prob stuff you've heard/thought of already. Good luck, BH
