Usually there are points given for goals, assists, plus/minus, penalty minutes Then bonus points are assigned for game winners, shorthanded points, powerplay points. Goalies get points for wins, defenceman get MORE points for goals, assists. I will say Gator hasn't set a scoring system so it could be anything. Most leagues have a discord server where people chat, but usually you can do everything via CDC PM.

I just don't see why we want to restrict what GMs do at all. Its a 'fantasy' draft, what if one person's fantasy is to have a bunch of top prospects and another's is to have a good veteran team.

How could you possibly equitably assign draft position for the entry draft? Even if you picked last in the main draft and first in the entry draft you would get 2 of the top 33 players in the league + Connor Bedard. Seems there isn't a possible solution for this.

Probably a 35 round draft is enough: 20-23 NHL players and 12-15 prospects
