As a huge Virtanen-watcher, I was a little disappointed in his performance in tonight's game and for the past few games. But he did look like he had greater chances with the line juggle due to Fabbri's injury which was great to see. So I guess I'll just look forward to his next performance at the next game!

Demko got the best USA player of the game! Really good.

Felt his game play was more or less okay today, liked whenever he uses his body. His speed is always great, but the only lacking part I find is that I don't seem to see he and his linemates connect on each other's passes too much...(Ignoring the Lazar goal, of course) Overall, a good game!

Someone asked him what number he was going to take when he makes the team... And he answered that he wasn't sure which number yet, so it may be a surprise. But someone did tweet him a pic of a customized Canucks jersey with his name on the back and the number #77 and he faved it.

Yes. I went twice before. 2010 and 2011. Was really fun, a great experience! I wish I went this year too though...

Gaunce has indeed been improving and he was always steady. Nice to see his development going well!

He seemed nervous on his first game in the tourney, but he's young, and the fluke goal wasn't really his fault.

Saw how Bo was playing in the more offensive areas in this game, pretty nice to see!

Yeah, I hoped for McDavid and Virtanen being on the same line since the pre-tourney. Plus, the bonus point is that tomorrow's game is against the Fins and which Virtanen will have some emotion to since remembering how he's dual citizen of both Canada and Finland.
