I like this! Good on you! I 100% don’t agree at all with firing Bruce / how they’ve treated him, but the change is happening and I think we all need to have an open mind / give it a chance. Some want to run Tocchet out of town before he even starts (do negative chants etc during the game)…..now that is the definition of toxic / negative!! It’s all very hard, but a positive mind / attitude goes a long way.

You’re not wrong, but I’ve mentioned this before, when a handful of people consume almost every thread with this stuff, it’s really really hard to avoid it blocked or not. Appreciate the suggestion regardless!

People want to be critical about some of the things that have gone on over the last few years, that’s 100% fair. The treatment of Bruce, even more fair…I hate it! But, you and a handful of others need to grow up and stop with the constant and consistent toxic negativity!! Plus, the constant and consistent stating your opinions / assumptions as facts! There’s being critical, having constructive criticism and discussing things, then there’s what the few of you are doing…it’s f’n exhausting and consumes every thread!!! Oh, and say what you guys always say…..you don’t like it, block me! Or, how about growing up and taking responsibility and changing!!

This…..to even remotely think this is Bruce’s fault is insane. Yes the Pres / GM are free to select the coach they want…..but to not even want Bruce from the beginning is also insane! One of the best coaches out there, but nah, we don’t want that. I don’t get it. Instead of s***ing on / worrying about the coach, maybe address the issues / needs of this roster.

You understand it’s not why and it’s how!!! Both knew it wasn’t long term, but it doesn’t mean you disrespect your coach / treat your coach like s***!! That’s why people are upset! Especially given it’s not his fault / he’s a great coach / guy!

100%!!! I have been a fan since 88 and while I haven’t agreed with everything over the years, I understand it’s also a business and I try to treat it as such / react to it as such. But, this BB thing is making me really angry / upset!! He is a great coach / person and how they’re treating him is disgusting! It makes me sick!!! Worse, this year is not his fault…..this team has serious flaws and management has sat on their hands re: the flaws. Just unreal! I try to find a balance / a happy medium, while having constructive criticism and not being toxic / negative like the media / some fans, but it’s getting harder & harder.

If they are going to trade him, I could see it happening soon. 1) because the interest is so strong already. 2) because they are planning on making multiple moves and don’t want to leave everything until the last minute. The later you leave everything, the more risk of not being able to accomplish it all.

To add to my previous post, a handful of people on here need to stop acting like they know everything about everything in regards to this team / hockey…..and spitting out stuff like it’s facts. You don’t work for the team (or anything related), you aren’t involved in the day to day workings of the team and you’re not around the owner, management, coaches, players or anyone else there. You don’t know anything about what’s going on with any aspect of the team, minus what you see on your tv or at the rink, so stop stating opinions as though they’re facts…..it’s as bad as some of the media, just straight garbage! Again, it’s only a handful of people and most everyone else has enough common sense / logic to discuss this team with doing that. So, thank you to those people!!

People have to be 6 cans short of a 6 pack to believe that the entire team is toxic minus a couple of players. A little logic / common sense should tell you otherwise. I managed very large groups of people for most of my life and that’s never how it goes…one, two, maybe a few people max. Not everyone wants to or will get dragged into the toxicity because not everyone will agree with it or want to be involved with it. That’s just facts! And honestly, look at some of the people on this team…do you honestly think it’s in their nature?!

Exactly! The media / part of this fan base are beyond insane!! One minute, it’s we need great / star player. We get those players, then it’s trash those players / trade those players. Never satisfied. As if every player needs to be 100% perfect at all aspects of the game…which no player is. I see a lot of really strong opinions based on ignorance! These fans act like they are part of the team / management and know all / know the inner workings…like all they say is facts, when in fact it’s horse s***!

For sure! I’m still working on it, but I’m trying more & more to not bother with him. And, to just stay off of here more, but it’s frustrating because I’d like to be on here as usual to discuss / enjoy. Ah well, life is crazy busy anyway, so I prob don’t have as much time as usual for it anyway. Lol!

Yeah, if blocking you solved the issue. Again, you bring your trolling, negativity, toxic attitude to every thread…it is unavoidable at this point because it causes reactions from many and sometimes consumes threads. I wasn’t talking about the accountability aspect…..don’t talk about hockey culture and then do the exact thing you are calling out…..not hard to understand. If there is something to be accountable for, then they need to be accountable. But, she is immature and constantly post negative / passive aggressive things and they’re usually a bunch of crap.
