      The Sabres were a burn everything to the ground and then re-burn the ashes afterwards just in case rebuild.  It was a tank that job made the old-guard people from Pittsburgh proud. :lol:

    I was wondering where could I purchase a Bo Horvat jersey, I tried looking on one NHL shop it didn't have it, would it be at the team stor at rogers arena?

      I'm not buying into the media hype but if he wants 12 million a year I wouldn't think Stevie Y would want to commit that much money on him considering they have to re-sign Hedman next year plus their goalie, Kucharov, Johnson, and even their russian goalie. Also look at Chicago situation with the cap that could potentially be the Lighting.

    quick question: I have a shaw hd box but whenever a hockey game comes on CBC the channel doesn't work for me it goes black same with channel 14 I emailed shaw they told me to unscrew the cable outlet but it still wouldn't work but my sd cable box upstairs channels were all working perfectly fine

    Is it just me or is it time to send Zack Kassian down to the AHL, playing on the third or fourth line isn't going to help his development he needs to play a ton of minutes and on the powerplay and pk down in Utica

      I feel like 3rd and 4th line minutes is good for him right now. He needs to learn to make every shift count. Once he proves that, I would move him up. That OR move him to the top line if the Sedins get to cold and stale.

      I wouldn't mind seeing them together a while longer but I love the fact Hammer can slot in almost anywhere in our d core without issue

      Another reason i want them to stay together a bit longer is because I think Tanev can become even better working with Hammer. I know everyone goes on and on about Bieska being our best D and I am not picking on him, I do like him, but I think Hammer really is the better of the two and doesn't always get the credit he deserves.

      Intoewsables is right I think. Their is a maximum salary you can be paid in the AHL, and top players exceed it and would be picked from waivers.

      This is my guess, but it seems legit

      The report on the guy they get back isn't too outstanding, though if they need pitching then he could be alright (more than one hit per inning, decent K totals but high ERA)
