There is the added pressure, but in this instance it isn't even the transfer fee that's the issue for me. It's fantastic money for Dortmund to get in considering what they paid for him just over a year ago.

It's his attitude that stinks. I hate it when I see a player sign a contract and then throw their toys out of the pram whenever a big team comes in for them. You signed a contract so be prepared to honor it. He's young so maybe one day he'll look back and regret it.

Exactly his attitude was disgusting, however that's modern day football, moreover when you sign a contract it's just to increase the buyout clause for some players, however it is good money for Dortmund!

Probably what will happen unless Bellator continues to up his pay/match what the UFC would offer.

That was the best decision Rory made by signing with Bellator this will allow him to recover from his injuries and improve, however at the same time get paid, so by the time he become a free agent again then the UFC can pay the money he deserve.

I'd send him out on loan to a English giants like United, City, Arsenal, etc so he can develop and get a feel for what it's like playing in a top quality league like the Premier League. He would be a huge help for the Caps now but he could use the experience to become an even better player

Tbh United and Arsenal would be the only top club's that would benefit Davies development however I think if he went to Southampton he would develop into a top player. Also saw online that United and Liverpool were monitoring Davies, so there is a chance that they might come for him.

Its easy to earmark a lot of it.

A star forward, A star C/B, A defensive midfielder, is what I think the first target on the list.

Let see what Mourinho pull out of the hat.

I think Griezeman is almost guarantee to happen as long as we get champions league football, which would be great, and then the rumours are we did make a 75 million pound bid for Mbape, however Monaco want 100 million pounds or more. I wouldn't mind us getting someone like Bonnuci from Juve for c/b, Kroos for midfield (would be a dream signing), and then a goalie like Oblak, Llrois, Hart, or someone like that if or when De Gea leaves.

According to the god Di Marzio United offered Monaco €85M for Mbappe but they rejected and quoted them between €120M-€140M. We've enquired about Nainggolan a few months ago but nothing came of it, now we are targeting Fabinho or Kroos. Gonna be an interesting summer for sure, there have been rumours that Woodwoord but spend up to £350M in the summer.

On twitter I believe it was by sky sports or someone from telegraph saying United will spend between 350-450 to improve the squad.

It might be a title fight with GSP if they can figure out the new Anti-Doping policy standards.  I would love to see GSP destroy Bisping.  If not, I'd be more than happy to see Moose, Romero or Whitaker do it.  Whitaker looked really good against Jacare.  That guy has some sick striking.

I believe GSP will beat Bisping, and drop the middleweight title, and then fight the winner of woodely and Mai.

If I'm Jacare's manager, I want him signing that contract before his last fight. If I'm one of Jacare's coaches, I want my fighter heading into the octagon without a security blanket.

However if he didn't sign the contract then there's a chance he doesn't get re-signed and I think the same result would happen again since people were sleeping on Whittaker

That is true but obviously Aldo can't get hit clean like that, as most a part from Diaz would drop.  Aldo needs to use his leg kicks or get it to the ground.

This why even though Aldo beat Edgar again, Edgar would be an issue for Conor.  Aldo had powerful take down stuffs against Edgar, but don't think Conor would.

The thing is Conor striking was pretty good before but now is even better which is bad news for Aldo, however to the Edgar question although I do agree with you that takedowns would be a problem, the fight on Saturday showed Conor takedown defence is pretty good against Nate who isn't a wrestler but had 25-30lbs weight on him and still stuffed it even after being exhausted. Frankie should go down to the Bantamweight division and fight Cruz that would be an insane matchup.

The win for Conor is not in question.  But this fight and last fight showed that he is far from being great and well rounded.

Him and Aldo would be a very even match up standing, with the edge on the ground clearly for Aldo.  The 13 sec KO, I won't call it a fluke but it definitely wouldn't happen again.

If Conor even lands one of the shots he landed on Aldo like he did against Nate tonight, its night for Aldo, Conor is the worst matchup for Aldo.

People in Vancouver continue to take it up the butt on sporting event tickets because they keep buying them at these exorbitant prices.

NHL tickets I understand because nobody wants to lose their hometown team.  Here today, gone tomorrow sporting events like the UFC though are a different story.  Don't pay the prices and let them choose in the future whether they come back or not.

It also doesn't help that the Canadian dollar right now is as weak as a sick puppy.

Exactly I'm a huge fan of the UFC but I was baffled by prices.

    Predictions:

Nunes, Lesnar, DC, Aldo, Browne, Zigano, Dillishaw, Gastelum, Northcutt, Lauzon, Mousasi, Miller

    Cheering for:

Tate, Lesnar, Silva, Edgar, Dillishaw, Hendricks, Northcutt and don't really care about the outcome of the other fights (not to say that they won't be good, just that I don't care about the record of either fighter).

    Totally forgot about Mousasi fighting
