  1. Oh no worries pal. Agreed, but it's also why jimbo spends so much time on the road. He's got to scout his scouts too.
  2. Sorry Jan, I must have misread your original post, or it didn't settle right in my pea cage. Absolutely, in a 22a 22b 23 scenario you'd look at position and character (if you didn't already). Jake though. Kid's gonna be fine eh.
  3. @janisahockeynut had to carry this over from the now locked Virtanen thread #7642 Posted 4 minutes ago Because it creates organizational depth allowing the cream to float to top and gives management actual bargaining power when they posses excess top 6 players. Weisbrod referring to BPA was not a dumbed down facsimile of their truth. They've ranked the players and wouldn't pass up a guy they have 10-15 spots higher than they're picking just because they don't need another goalie (for example). Back on track - Jake. I've never agreed with or been sympathetic to the impatient members of our fan base. IMO Jake is doing fine and has been progressing steadily every season, I'm not worried at all. It's not like he's floating around, staying out of hard areas and proving himself to be some fancy princess who can't be relied upon to play a sound defensive game, have a take away, cause a turnover and be effective on both ends. I like Jake. He's come exactly as advertised on his scouting reports and so long as he continues to improve his all round game I look forward to seeing him grown into the heavy player he's destined to be.

  5. @Jimmy McGill

I need legal advice regarding my mortgage.

Recently renewed my mortgage and the bank has billed / withdrawn more than the amount we signed off on on the contract. My banker isn't able to explain why the amounts are higher than quoted on the contract..

Is that some sort of breach of contract?

Do I have any legal grounds to be a full blown bitch about it?

nope sorry, any lawyer that promised you that would likely end up with your house.

take this up the chain tho, your local bank guy probably didn't even process the mortgage, that likely happened in Calgary or TO.
