-BBQ'd 2.5" thick (850gr) prime rib steak. Lots of sea salt, some black pepper rubbed 4 hrs before cooking left covered on the counter.
Grilled at 650, 5mins a side after searing the fat caps, and rested for 15 under foil before serving.
Was perfectly medium rare, fat rendered to a beautiful caramel.
- Half a fresh sockeye fillet. BBQ'd while the beef rested.
- Fresh silver rill corn
- Steamed carrots and green beans, both from my garden
- Tomato, basil, baby cucumber salad, again, from my garden
- Double stuffed baked potatoes
