Seattle's team sheet has been updated into offseason mode, and the trade between @greensmanand @arby18_has been completed. All team sheets are now updated, less future considerations.

I haven't done them yet as their priority seemed much lower. Will be easier to pick away at as extensions come in.

It's looking increasingly likely that the Seattle Kraken will be sellers heading into the TDL. All players will be considered but moves to build younger depth will be prioritized.

Subsequent to this signing, and after much soul searching, I have decided that I must resign as GM of the Dallas Stars effective immediately. The reasons for this are multiple but can be encapsulated by saying this negotiation has made me lose complete confidence in the leadership of the league. It is not the final contract or AAV that factors in this decision (and a quick look at my cap sheet will tell you why) but I feel there were such gross improprieties and conflicts of interest involved that I no longer believe I can participate in the GML. Anyone that has dealt with me as an agent or as a GM negotiating a contract knows I have never complained once in 12 years so you can be sure this decision has been made because of the PROCESS. These conflicts are (but not limited to): - The agent negotiating being a divisional opponent - The agent not electing player arbitration, when there was no team option - The agent changing the ask by the player from 4x $4.3M to 1x $4.5M on the eve of the season - The agent's refusal to negotiate the above terms in attempt to push him towards being a UFA on Dec 15th. Essentially, it was, "Accept this deal or lose the player" - Unsupported claims that the player *almost* received offer sheets, in order to justify the contract demand. No offer sheet came. - Most egregiously, the agent attempting to begin trade negotiations for the player *while having an open qualifying offer on the table* - Second most egregiously, immediately after I sent in a contract offer, another GM (one that posts from the same IP address) sent a trade proposal 3 minutes after being read by the agent In the end, I feel the game has been taken away from me. It's sad to have to come to this after a decade but it is what it is.
