    I've started a really heavy cardio/free weight routine, weights 5 days a week and the cardio 6 days. I do something light on my "off-day", like a walk or hike. Dropped 15 lbs since April, but only started REALLY getting into this (diet-wise) since the beginning of July. Any tips from you workout-a-holics?

    Seeking a Friend for the End of the World - 7/10 I love Steve Carrell, this movie was just so heartfelt and honestly quite funny. Robot & Frank - 6/10 Kinda boring, but relatable to anyone else who is dealing with aging relatives.

    Play On! Kelowna was an absolute blast. Whoever said the Play On tourneys are poorly organized, I think you were wrong. It was the best time.
