  1. All I want to know is who's the Blonde in the front row holding a belt on Raw!
  2. Let's see I don't follow the crap Yankees so why would I follow their news papers....
  3. I just read it on the score and why the hell would I know about that paper I don't follow that crap organization.
  4. Wow talk about a slap in the face from New York Daily News, makes me even more happier the Yankees won't be getting him! All because he doesn't want to be in the East and in a big Market. NY paper slams 'chicken' Ohtani for snubbing Yankees The folks at the New York Daily News weren't nearly as cool about the whole thing. In response to Ohtani's decision, the newspaper called the two-way phenom a "chicken" on the highly critical front page of Monday's paper while also characterizing his decision as a "snub" and accusing him of being scared of the "big city." https://www.thescore.com/mlb/news/1438477
  5. Report: Giants, Mariners, Padres among finalists for Ohtani The San Francisco Giants, Seattle Mariners, and San Diego Padres are each expected to meet with Ohtani and his representatives when the phenom comes to Los Angeles this week, according to ClubhouseCorner's Bernie Pleskoff. Later on, it was reported that both the Texas Rangers and Chicago Cubs will receive meetings with Ohtani as well. https://www.thescore.com/mlb/news/1438291 Here's an updated list of teams out of the running: Arizona Diamondbacks (source) Atlanta Braves (source) Boston Red Sox (source) Chicago White Sox (source) Milwaukee Brewers (source) Minnesota Twins (source) New York Mets (source) New York Yankees (source) Oakland Athletics (source) Pittsburgh Pirates (source) St. Louis Cardinals (source) Tampa Bay Rays (source) Toronto Blue Jays (source) Washington Nationals (source)
  6. Damn homemade TV antenna keeps cutting out from free CTV HD picture
  7. The NFL seems more enjoyable with more downs, why doesn't the CFL adapt this to their game, would be more enjoyable wouldn't it...
  8. Well it's okay if yo do it with your hands... so it should be okay with your feet then too, you'd think.
  9. Curious is it legal to trip someone with your foot/leg? Like make a soccer slide and take them out?
  10. Probably Hazel Mae to get her annoying husband Kevin Barker on all the time instead.
  11. Brutal stupid Zaun, going to miss someone telling it like it is.
  12. I agree as well he'll probably want to go to an AL team to DH on off pitching days, but did read he plays RF normally so I guess if an NL team does take a shot they'll have to be ok with their star pitcher playing in the outfield with long throws.... I don't see many NL teams agreeing with this tbh, and feel an AL team will land him to allow him to hit more, then just on his pitching day. I originally suggested the Rangers as a team who may go after him especially with their past history and huge contracts they have money, then I read this the other day. Rangers GM: We're 'years into' process of courting Ohtani If the Texas Rangers are able to convince Japanese sensation Shohei Ohtani to come to Arlington, it'll be the culmination of years of work by a front office that has been enamored of the 23-year-old since he was in high school, general manager Jon Daniels said. "It's a process that we are years into, not days or weeks or months," Daniels told T.R. Sullivan of MLB.com. "This is a player that has interested us at a high level for an extended period of time. This is not something that just came about." https://www.thescore.com/mlb/news/1433953
  13. I'll agree winning the Cup is much harder, and as a Canuck fan I do want a cup! But for Lu's sake winning that Gold for Olympics on home turf is very rare, yes winning it in other countries happens but on your home turf that's something else, not many can say that.
  14. I swear if he had played on a better team at the beginning of his career instead of Florida, he would of had at least 100 more wins and would be in 2nd place.
  15. The Josh Donaldson speculation station is about to take off. He's entering his final arbitration year and will be a free agent in 2019. Accordingly, the Blue Jays are in a sort of limbo. A horrific 8-17 April buried them, but they were only marginally better afterward. The offense is old, and youth is coming in a year or two, so trading Donaldson may be the best move if they fall out of the race early. MLB offseason Power Rankings: Astros reign supreme https://www.thescore.com/news/1427339
  16. Honestly the guy who really needs a new topic thread like this is Eriksson, I'd rather have Burrows then Eriksson
  17. RIP Halladay sad day still can't believe it, one of the best pitchers to ever wear a Jays Jersey, and a class act guy going to be missed.
  18. I'd add Texas on there as well they like spending money. Although sure would be interesting to see someone like the Astros go after him they have lots of money to spend and I'm sure they made a lot this year!
  19. Yeah I saw something about this guy a few months ago sounded like the new era Babe Ruth, will definitely be worth to much for the Jays to afford but he definitely sounds like a total package player!
  20. Some Jays moves so far. Mere hours after the World Series ended, the MLB off-season officially began with 149 players hitting free agency. Among them: former Toronto Blue JaysDarwin Barney, Brett Anderson, Miguel Montero and Michael Saunders. Jose Bautista will join their ranks as soon as the Blue Jays officially decline his mutual option for 2018.
