  1. I would think the leaders on our team would be able to calm him down. After the Calgary brawl Kassian looked like he was about to pull a McSorely on someone but Richardson calmed him down. Bieksa also seemed to tell Kass not to do anything stupid when he skated by the penalty box.
  2. I grew up in Lucic's neighborhood. It wasn't bad at all.
  3. It says something when a former teammate (veteran leader in the lockerroom at the time) calls you out on national tv. Hope Clowe actually beats him up next year... still wouldn't mind him coming the Canucks
  4. Usually like what Lucic does in the ice, but he's just a sore loser. Hate to say it but Kig Heffy has begun to sway my opinion abit. http://m.youtube.com/watch?v=QUMHBW1Gm8k
  5. Go Weise! Gonna be awesome if would be able to show up his former team.
  6. I don't really see the similarities between them. Bert usually rushed the puck in himself and setup Nazzy or worked the puck in around the corners. Ritchie, in my eyes, is more of the guy who gets the passes and finishes.
  7. If I knew one would be a 60 point top powerforward in the league in his prime (Clowe) or a key player(byfuglien) in a Stanley cup run then yeah.
  8. I said that I was comparing Ritchie to Pyatt in his time with Vancouver. Sure, Pyatt may have played a different way in Vancouver than in junior, but at the end of the day I don't think Ritchie's play in junior will translate into how Pyatt looked in Vancouver?
  9. Never said Pyatt was any bad. I was just trying to say that their playing styles are different.
  10. From what I've seen in his time with Vancouver, he didn't find the scoring areas as much as Ritchie and spent a lot of his time along the boards winning puck battles for his linemates.
  11. Clowe doesn't play much like Ritchie and Pyatt doesn't have as much hockey sense as Ritchie. I see Ritchie more as a slower Jamie Benn.
  12. He knows where the scoring areas are and has a great shot as well. Seems like the perfect linemate for Kassian, no? How many times has Kass set up Booth or Richardson with them not being able to finish the play off?
  13. Attempted 505 that day and couldn't do it.
  14. Nice, I'm almost there. Got 455x4 the other day.
  15. You clearly haven't watched Ritchie play. The guys stirs things up after the whistle a ton. I like Virtanen as well, but Ritchie seems more intimidating to me. Virtanen would probably shy away from a fight with Ritchie. He may be a bit on the chunky side, but so were Stewart, Kassian, Byfuglien etc. They seem to be doing well.
  16. Wow Julien, putting out your goons with nothing left in the game
  17. Weise looks sick in a Montreal jersey

Gillis was just throwing sh!t on the wall hoping something would stick, he had no clue what he was doing towards the end..

  18. I thought Maidana was gonna win at first, but Mayweather came back and IMO brought it back even.
  19. Why wasn't Cracknell playing? Huge fan of Reaves but Cracknell outplayed him throughout the series.
  20. Did you even watch the 08-10 seasons? Kesler made a ton of solid rinkwide saucers then.
  21. Ritchie would be my first choice(if Draisatl isn't available), but Virtanen or Ehlers would be fine if Ritchie's gone. Would like to somehow get another 1st round pick to draft Tuch.
  22. Watching this series made me realize how similar Franzen and Kassian play.
  23. I meant that I could see Virtanen being a similar player Booth was in his prime; a solid straight line power player with a great shot.
  24. I can actually see Virtanen becoming a player similar to Booth in his prime... Maybe a bit better... Also, Booth had 31 goals in 70ish games... In the NHL.
  25. That trade is basically 3 first rounders for Kesler. Doubt anaheim does it.
