    So, I've been out of town and away from my phone for these last couple days. Seeing the Canucks passed on Stankoven at 41 really reminds me of when they passed on Ehlers.

      The guy we got at 41 is a friggin’ future super star!  We pretty much got the best player in this draft.  He’s a lot like Pastrnak.  This was a fabulous draft by Benning!

      I know Klimovich well. Was talking with the guys at Dobber about him around the U18s and they were always like "keep an eye on this kid. The creativity on him is nuts and he's got guts."

      He's good a good frame and a good set of base skills and confidence. Transitioning to the North American style of game, though, could take some time. However, look at Sharangovich and what he's been able to do. Could follow in his countryman's footsteps.
