    Just going over all of my notes and some of the admin footage of Zhukenov from EP. I know what the staff sees in him. Premier playmaker. Like, he can make a pass like no other. Tremendous eye for scoring chances and, with a sniper on his line (for most of the time during the U18s it was Denis Gurianov), he is unstoppable. Takes the hit to make the play and always hits tape with his passes. Such a high level of creativity and work ethic. Callous defensive player that will bang, crash, and do anything to get the puck from the opposition. A little bit reckless, but that's okay. Defensive style is very... well, it's not refined. He's a bit of a loose cannon, but that comes with competitiveness. Gotta love a fiery competitor. I'm liking this pick more and more. He's the type of guy that you can't win without. A little bit like Cole Cassels, but a much faster skater.

    If anybody is interested in finding out statistics for high school players who haven't had their pages updated on EliteProspects yet, you can use USHR. This is how we get statistics for players like Jack McNeely, Lucas Jaycox, etc.
