Correct. Just because his father coached him growing up doesn’t mean he has or will stop learning from him and the others. He’s also on a deep Tampa Bay team which has resulted in him not getting the playing time needed to help with his development. I wouldn’t give up on him and say he’s destined to be a number 7 D. Let’s also remember that defensemen do take a bit longer to develop.

Would it be so dumb? If we did get back a “crazy haul,” and then sign the likes of a Tristan Jarry next season… I think would be a great move forward for this team.

I would do this in a heart beat. Sign Jarry in off season and draft a couple studs early in draft… suddenly I’m starting to like the looks of our future.

I agree. I think what bothers me is the green on Johnny being the same colour as the jersey itself, it's too much green.

Ah yes, I forgot about that. I just feel like their logo is a copy and paste job, it seems like no effort went into it. I love the colours and the A on the arms but the logo itself could have been so much better.
