    Mishandled or not, you can't say, because they weren't traded, that it wasn't just talk. Don't think that's a fair statement.

      In fairness to Benning, I'm sure he would have loved to trade those guys for picks/futures. But wanting and doing aren't the same thing here in the Aquaverse unfortunately.
