  4. It's unfortunate that the majority of humans need to see something drastic before they actually realize how far gone we actually already are, and how serious this really is. People are still denying climate change is real, both everyday people and politicians and other individuals in positions of power and influence. By the time its blatantly obvious it will be too late to reverse. We are already hitting the point of no return on some things, like the ice melt. Lots of people dont realize small rises in ocean levels or small rises in ocean temperature in specific places can cause all sorts of whacked out stuff, and already is. More hurricanes, droughts and the like. Countries so far aren't taking this seriously, and iirc not a single one of them are on target to hit their promised emission reduction levels. Hopefully we, the people, demand our governments step up and start fixing this problem before its too late.
  5. Gooooooood morninnnnnnng CEEEDEEECEEEEE

  6. ayyyyy lmao got a bit of an angry smirk face going on here but fk it
  7. Bloodborne, The Witcher 3 and NBA 2k15
  8. It was pretty cool that The Witcher 3 was on sale on steam 1-2 days before the game even game out. I havent had a lot of time to play it but so far its been amazing I spent absurd amounts of time playing D2 and doing Baal runs. Loved that game. D3 has turned itself into a pretty good game too now, after a terrible start.
  9. That would be a great line, still some offensive upside but without losing any of the defensive Exactly, we should put him in the position where he can succeed and contribute to the team the most. Next year at least I'd like to see him with some more offensively gifted wingers.
  10. I agree and disagree. Certainly part of Horvats success has been because he has good line mates who have played well, theres no denying that. They also both complement his defensive game very nicely. That being said Horvat has displayed fantastic vision and offensive hockey IQ and he could set up some nice chances for real snipers, like Vrbata, and subsequently produce a lot of offense for us, if he was on a higher line. All in all I see the pros and cons of both uping his current lines TOI or promoting him to a higher line, and I'd be cool with either approach.
  11. You seem very overly hostile for no reason at all
  12. The questionable headshot he threw in the first period is what might get him suspended, the 10 minute misconduct has nothing to do with it.
  13. Just going a tiny little slightly amount overboard there bud.
  14. Chronic irrational negativity seems like a Canadian franchise fan disease.
  15. Being an NHL first line center means you are the center on the first line of an NHL team. Point production doesn't enter into it.
  16. It would take a lot more than Shinkaruk, Tanev, and Gaunce to get Johansen. Plus I think Columbus wants to be good now, cause they really can be good now, so doubt they'd trade someone already making a large NHL impact, for a bunch of prospects.
  17. You think that the people who get payed ridiculous amounts of money to decide on draft picks would pick him if the injury was a big deal? I don't get the logic with you naysayers. You honestly think you know more than the professional scouts who get payed to watch the players? From what, a couple of videos on youtube of highlights? Brutal
  18. Yeah cause thats where he went last time right? It's raining cups in Buffalo
  19. You know I was super excited for us to have this pick cause we haven't had a pick this high in forever. I come to CDC expecting to discuss our future with some fans of our team and how awesome it is to get a pick this high and I'm really disappointed to see all that is happening here is a ton of negativity and subsequently people trying to defend the pick. Feels awful
  20. Half the comments on this thread are so toxic and negative. Yeah I'm sure all you naysayers know more than the insiders, our solid GM and NHL scouts.
  21. Electrolytes are minerals that are essential for the absorption of water. When you sweat, you sweat them out. So thats why drinks like Gatorade add them to their flavored water.
  22. I'm glad we got one of the best possible coaches available.
