  1. Good job dude. Ya I'm short so it doesn't take long for me to get back up. But ya it felt like I was movng mountains. Gotta give it up to my spotter, please lets all bow and give a moment of respect to the spotter. We are nothing without them!
  2. Did 3 plates and 25 on squats today. 5'7 153 lbs. Its levels to this young boy!
  3. Anybody recommend a slow absorption protein? Im leaning towards optimum nutritions casein protein but if ya'll have any suggestions please share them.
  4. Based on content, no. The new daario has nothing to live up to. But those scenes where khaleesi and daario were eye f-ing each other was pretty memorable lol.
  5. I'm not a big fan of recasts. For smaller rolse its okay but khaleesi and dario already established some chemistry going towards the next season.

  7. I need to eat minimum 6 meals in order to gain as my goal is to add another 30lbs. Also breakfast has become so vital for me that if I miss it, I'll feel cranky and weak the whole day. Its different for everybody I guess.

  10. So I've been doing this meal prep life sentence (lol). I am 150 lbs trying to gain 30 lbs. My height is about 5'6. I wanna be built like a tank just like Max Domi. I eat roughly about every 3-4 hours. This is what some people call "clean bulk". Plus I do German Volume Training (10 sets of 10 reps) at the gym. Here is my eating schedule. 7:30am: I start off with Peanut butter and toast with assorted fruits with a serving of Syntha-6 (meal addition) 10:30am: Assorted fruits. 11:30am: Syntha-6 meal addition. 12:30pm: A surf and turf meal with steak and tilapia/basa fillets with brown rice and assorted veggies. 4:00pm: Same things as 12:30pm. 6:00pm: Syntha-6 meal addition. 8:30pm: Big time weight gainer (after workout of course) 9:00pm: Baked chicken with tilapia/basa fillet with assorted veggies. 9:30pm: Syntha-6 meal addition 11:30pm: Sleep. Feel free to critique it. Btw what are macros? I keep hearing this word which I don't understand..
  11. Yes I've never felt anything like it after watching the red wedding. It was a mix of horror, shock and sadness. I think I'm gonna read the books. I can't wait for next season.
  12. Watching rains of castamere felt like I was being gutted. I didn't know what to feel. Can anyone tell me who've read the books if the Starks get any sort of revenge? They've got to be the unluckiest family in westoros.

  17. 5'9 and 135?? You need to maintain your gains, you should at least be 170. Do a protein shake (mutant mass or w.e) after workout and before you sleep so your body is feasting on it while you sleep. Also download a calorie calculator app so it tells you how much calories you should eat In a day for your target weight.
