A good physio or even a GP should be able to identify the problem pretty quickly. Is it only when you move or all the time.
I had a similar pain when moving my arm, and it turned out to be an impingement. Basically, my shoulder blades were not in the proper position, which resulted in the bones pinches on the tendons and other tissues.
It's only when I move it. It sounds similar to your situation, I've always had very minor shoulder problems where it felt like there's a bit of friction if that makes any sense.

I gethink something like this when I lift. Does it kind of go from the back right of your neck down do almost your elbow?
nope, it's only directly under the deltoid. Yours sounds pretty serious

so a couple weeks ago I had a pretty solid workout (chest day), and I didn't notice anything wrong. When I woke up the next morning however, I noticed a sharp pain in my left shoulder. It's definitely not my deltoid but directly under it, perhaps my rotator cuff? After 3-4 days the pain went away and I continued lifting again. About 3-4 days ago, the pain came back but when I woke up this morning, it went away again. Does anybody know what the problem is? I always make sure I have very good form. I'm on a mass building program right now so I'm not really lifting very heavy.

He also went on to say that he doesn't want to gain too much weight as it'll affect his skating speed.
Juolevi is 6'3 179 lbs. I think he'll top off 6'3 200lbs. For an offensive defenseman, that's pretty good.
I doubt Hammer is 210 as of right now though, he lost a ton of weight when he got injured.
I always assumed hammer was 198-200~ even in his peak
Yea I think Juolevi's height will allow him to skate comfortably with 200 lbs which is quite solid.

I was thinking OJ could top out (physically) as someone like Hamhuis, not very physical but won't be small enough to take abuse like a Tanev would so I checked out how heavy hammer is and wow that guy is surprisingly thick. He's close to 210

OK, so what's the fastest way to evolve and build my CP? I'm so far behind I can't get into one of those gyms.
Oh, and I'm tired of walking.
Sit at a spot where there is a triple lure, you can pop an incense and they will come to you. I suggest you save up a bunch of pidgys so you can mass evolve while you have a lucky egg popped. The goal is to level up as quick as possible so the pokemons you encounter are higher CP.

I downloaded the app on IOS using an Australian account. Once I signed into Pokemon Go with my Gmail account, I switched back to my regular account and everything works fine.

Time for competitive!

Olli Juolevi... OJ... wait... is he the new juice?

Juolevi + Stecher + Subban in Utica? That is a very mobile defense.

Corey Crawford will go down as a top 5 goalie of all time because of his rings with the Hawks

My dream would be to see Boeser, McCann, Virtanen, Cassels, and Demko tear the AHL apart. It's a shame this isn't going to happen.

He's probably a D simply because he's a goalie.

Konecny has to be better because he will be playing in the nhl next year, where as boeser isn't near ready. konecny has 99 pts in 53 games and plays a 200 ft game, plays in all situations and is the go to guy on his current team past team, team Canada etc. the 67s, traded him a month ago for 12 players( a RECORD) because his team knew he wouldn't be playing for them next season, so they cashed in as they believed hes in the nhl next year I AM RIGHT.
45 + 44 = 99?

Many elite NHL players have come from the NCAA as well. He is saying the average age of the players in the NCAA is higher than the average age in the CHL. The players in the NCAA are more physically mature and have had time to develop their skill. Imagine the overagers (20 year olds) in the CHL that just absolutely dominate and out-produce the younger guys (Dane Fox-64 goals) but go on to play in the ECHL. It's the same thing in the NCAA but the players are 21-22 years old so as you can imagine, these guys are significantly better than the 18/19 year old freshmen/sophomores. The competition in the NCAA is far superior to the CHL so comparing numbers between the two leagues is just stupid.
Jonathan Toews put up 46 in 34 at UND and put up 54 in 64 for the Blackhawks the next year

You can fool the media but you just can't fool your peers. The whole summer it sounded like he was working hard in the gym and training but by the time September rolled around, he just didn't look ready.
