    Ohhh boy I would probably loan Horvat. He'll be relied on in all situations and we'll finally have a captain on the Canadian squad. McCann won't play much if he makes the team. He can play next year if he wants to feel good about himself. Also, McCann will have a lot going on in the Soo

      Defense has always been America's strength. Just look at the top 30 US players poll.

      Canada's defense at the under-17 tourney were unreal. USA won't be able to touch these kids when they go head to head in the future. Chychrun, Fabbro, McKinstry, Day, Bean, Mete, Green.........Canada is going to be a monster when these kids eventually play the U-20 tourney.

    I don't do skullcrushers but I do all sorts of tricep pushdowns and my elbows are like that as well. I stopped extending my arm all the way down now so there isn't any weight on my elbows. It's helped a bit and I'm sticking to close-grip benching a bit more now.

    Virtanen and McCann have not dominated in the junior level yet. Horvat has nothing left to prove in the OHL. Torts never really rolled 4 lines but Desjardins seems to stress the importance of it so Horvat will get decent minutes, even on the 4th line

    it's because they all have the option to go to the AHL to develop. Horvat doesn't have that option

    he needs to go down to work on his offense and his speed. If he stepped into the NHL right away, he would be put in a shutdown role and his offensive game won't be developed as nicely.
