If Shawn Michaels couldn't end the streak, then no one should. Honestly, I thought the streak should have ended a while ago, when Taker faced Kane the first time around at WM 14 or Orton, when he was the Legend Killer.
-
Glad they're going with Henry and Ryback rather the the rumoured matches they were planning to have with Jericho. Lets face it, no one wants to see Jericho vs. Ryback or Jericho vs. Henry at the premiere PPV. Besides, Jericho works 10x better with wrestlers at his size.
-
I guess you think Hogan was a good wrestler as well, then?
-
I guess if you like matches that the faces gets beat up for 90% of the match and suddenly hulks up and wins out of no where, then yeah those were good matches. His match with The Miz at Over the Limit is a prime example, all the cards were stacked against him, yet he pulled a win out of his jorts. Same with his match with Kane at the Rumble.
-
I didn't say Cena was a jobber. I was referring that most of Cena's matches, he kicks out of the opponents finisher, turns into Superman and out of the blue wins without breaking a sweat.
-
Do you know why big guys don't try high risks moves? Because they could have seriously hurt the opponents. I bet you would love to see your hero Punk in a neck brace. There's a rule in wrestling, know your limitation and Cena apparently thinks he can suddenly become a luchador wrestler.

The matches he had with Kane and the Miz were terrible, he gets beat up for 90% of the match and turns into Superman and wins. Orton is one of the best wrestlers in the company right now and could make the Great Khali look good. He never faced Taker before, I don't think, certainly not when Cena was a big draw. His matches with Batista, were decent at best. And the match he had with The Rock at WM was horrible/slugglish, in terms of the wrestling aspects (both men could be blame though). Let's be honest, any match can seem entertaining if the guy can "kick out" of their opponents finishing move, and any jobber could do that. In this case, Cena.

All of Cena's greatest matches were against either great technician wrestlers or great wrestlers in general (Michaels, Edge, Punk, and JBL) who basically carried him the entire match and made him look good. I didn't even think the match was even all that great, certainly not MOTY candidate, simply because it's something that we have already seen in the last year in a half and it was way too predictable. If I had to rank their big encounters: their first match at Money in the Bank was probably their best, then their match at RAW 1000, most recent one, and lastly the NOC. Yeah I sound like a smark, but the truth is Cena isn't a great wrestlers, his botched hurricanrana is proof that a man at his size shouldn't be jumping at that height and doing a move like that just because he wants to slience the critics.
-
Apparently Vince got pretty upset backstage when Punk did a piledrive on Cena last night. For those who don't know, the piledriver is banned move from the WWE, due to being too dangerous to perform.
-
Botched Hurricanrana, ftw.

Rock vs. Cena III, will happen at Extreme Rules. Apparently, The Rock is schedule to wrestle at that PPV.

Well, it's time to play fantasy booking for Wrestlemania 29. WWE Championship: The Rock vs. Cena (vs. Punk) - Punk will only be insert in the match if the Undertaker isn't able to wrestle at WM 29. Punk vs. The Undertaker WWE World Heavyweight Championship: Del Rio vs. Swagger - Ziggler Cashes in his MITB briefcase WWE World Heavyweight Championship (Career vs. Title): Ziggler vs. Jericho No Disqualification match: Triple H vs. Lesnar 3-on-1 Handicap Match: Ryback vs. The Shield Fatal-Four-Way Intercontinental Championship: Wade Barrett vs. Sheamus vs. Orton vs. Henry Daniel Bryan vs. Kane

Didn't Kaitlyn get a DUI arrested a couple of months ago? That didn't stop them from giving her the title.

Hate to be an a$$, but I don't even think DDP could help Hall turn his life around and that's why I don't feel one bit sorry for Hall. I mean, the WWE tried to help him two years ago, pay for his rehab, put him in their wellness program and he bailed on that. Hall is destined to be a drug junkie, which is pretty sad because he was a phenomenal performer.
-
Ziggler's briefcase is strictly for the WHC, meaning he can only cash it in on the WHC.

^^ Wrestling smarks at their best. The crowd was into the match the entire time. Punk screaming to the ref to "Ask him!" was freaking hilarious (a jab at Jericho, because thats what Jericho usually does when he was a heel). When the crowd chanted "this is awesome" Punk told them to sit down you marks. What made this match awesome was the crowd, you don't necessary need two great wrestlers or high spots to make it a great match. Their WM match wasn't a let down, considering it was probably the second best match on the card.

Rarely we see a 5-star match on Raw, but Jericho vs. Punk was close to one. I Wished it was longer and ended the show, but of course Cena has to hog the spotlight.

Why do you guys continue to watch the WWE, if all you do is complain about how horrible it is? You guys remind me of those IWC guys (smarks) who do nothing except complain about the product and only like certain wrestlers (indy guys). I mean yeah, some of the stuff they do is downright lame, but those skits aren't meant of the older audience. They just can't please one certain demographic, they have kids who watch wrestling as well and find it humorous. I hate to say this but, The IWC people are just as bad as those who say "You know wrestling is fake?".
-
Who would you rather have? Jake "the Snake" Roberts?
-
Pffft, those surprise entry wouldn't make me get excited for the PPV. I want to see huge names like Undertaker, Shawn Michaels, Jericho, etc.

Not really..... Milos barely won any points on Federer's services game. I think he only won 5 points in those 2 sets.
-
Djokovic getting outplayed by Wawrinka.
-
Milos up 2 sets to none. Although he's winning atm, he has a lot of unforce errors. Certainly not going to make it far in the tournament if he keeps that up, especially when Federer is probably going to be his next opponent.

Rumour has it, that the WWE creative team is pushing hard to turn Ziggler face, because people are starting to get behind him. For the love of God, don't turn Ziggler face. He's a natural heel, showing off and being an arrogant prick is his gimmick, don't take that away from him. People cheer for him because he can sell moves like a pro, and has excellent wrestling abilities. Not because he's a crowd pleaser to kids.

The thing with The Rock is that his schtick for all these years IS his whole persona/character. When you take away that, he's just Dwayne Johnson and no one really wants to see that. It's like telling Austin, you can't say your catchpharses anymore, drink beer and open a can of whoop ass on anyone. Or telling Undertaker to get rid of his gimmick and we all know how well that went. His schtick might be lame and out-dated, but people will find it humorous, simply because he's The Rock. There will always be people that will say The Rock has loss his touch, but you can't deny that no one in the WWE right now can entertain the fans like The Rock. Cena, at times can do that, when he's not acting like a total idiot.
