    I've had groin injuries about a dozen times, I don't recall ever trying to shake my leg out, that hurts when you do that. What Demko did in the video looked like a guy who felt something tight/uncomfortable in his hip flexor or knee. Not sure I trust this "maintenance" day business.

    Hoping for another L. At this point it's the only positive thing that can happen. Hate that our team is in hope & pray mode for draft picks but that's where we are. Tank hard for Bedard, would be a miracle if we finally got the 1st overall and it's for a generational talent.

    Reading the Irfaan Gaffar is reporting that Demko suffered a setback and tweaked something at practice on Thursday. I don't have twitter to copy post but saw posted on Reddit. Anyone read/hear of confirmation on this?

    So we now know Silovs will give up 5 goals just like Delia,Martin & Demko behind this shite defense.

    If you've ever played sports you'll know, there are times when everyone is in a snarl, usually after a loss (losses), if not you probably don't have a lot of give a crap on the team. It's at least a sign of life.

    As a goalie myself, playing with the tire fire defense the Canucks have in front of you can destroy your confidence, feels like every shot goes in. This isn't the line up to get those learning minutes with. If this was at least a half decent defensively sound line up I'd agree but it isn't.

    Not sure why Tocchet would break up the Garland, Podkolzin & Miller line, they were playing well. Silovs looks like he isn't used to get 20 grade A chances against a night. Tired of the new toy with Pettersson with no results while Kuzmenko could be on his wing instead.

    I don't like the plan to put Silovs in net behind this team defense. He's doing good, getting lit up by the Rangers could damage his confidence. This is an unnecessary risk to take.

    You don't know goalies if you thought he was healthy to start the season. His movement wasn't smooth, laterally it was obvious he was either scared to push or was hindered, turns out he was hindered. Demko is a top end goalie when healthy, when he comes back he's going to steal games like he did last year.

    Well, it's mid-February, the Canucks have 0% chance of making the playoffs, that means it's every Canucks Fan's favorite time of year!!!! Time for the #1 Goalie to go on a heater and for the boys to rally for just enough wins to get us just on the outside looking in for playoffs so we can slide into that lovely treadmill of mediocrity we are so used to.

    Yep, I was one of those people calling out the lunatics. Demko obviously wasn't moving right before he went on IL, Martin is a decent goalie on a terrible team. Hopefully the AHL rebuilds his confidence because giving up 5 a night can't feel good.

    I don't see any team being able to put any package together that would make me ever consider trading Quinn Hughes. #1 defensemen are not easy to find.
