[PGT] Vancouver Canucks at Seattle Kraken | Oct. 27, 2022

We were outshot again. Teams have figured out they can hem us in our own zone and get us running around. We have a very good top six. If that doesn't start clicking We aren't playing to our strengths. We just don't look like we our clicking at either end. That makes sense on the d zone as we are weak there. But the offense isn't really clicking either. -

Is there a lawyer on this board? I'm thinking of sueing the Vancouver Canucks for loss of fingernails. -

The gain in cap is attractive in this trade. Boeser just seems like dead weight right now. -

[PGT] Buffalo Sabres at Vancouver Canucks | Oct. 22, 2022

All of this stuff is a symptoms of the underlying problem. There is zero cockiness, swagger type mentality on this team. That leads to lack of confidence .....a meekness that resides within the mentality of this team. Zero Douchery. Fans are critical of Miller when he smashes his stick on the boards? He's was hands down our best player last year. Unbelievable to me that he would get criticism. Him not performing (along with others) is a symptom of a team problem he is not the problem. Case in point. We need players like Henrik sedin along with all his poise and talent. But Ryan Kesler was the backbone of that team. Right now, any backbone we have comes from the low skill players like Burroughs. How many times in the last 5 years have we complained about push back...Pete getting manhandled and nobody doing anything about it? Our most obnoxious player is a midget who recently was a healthy scratch. We are missing the obvious here and blaming symptoms of the problem We will keep losing and watching our skill skate of the ice at the end of the game hanging there heads in shame. -

I'm not interested in pointing fingers at any particular player who appears to be underperforming. This team has no cohesiveness......play a disorganized game. Anyone who thinks that if we add another top 4 d that it will solve our problems will be sorely disappointed. So if I'm correct then the next logical question is why is it like this? Poor coaching? Something wrong in the dressing room? We all like to jump to conclusions.....schenn and Miller thing.....aha that's the problem right? One thing I'm convinced this team needs is a true leader. Bo, hank, naslund were types of leaders.....passive ones. Then there's leaders like Kesler, MacKinnon types. We are a team that on paper, talent wise, should be really good. But we are a mentally weak, incohesive, hang your head hockey team. A bunch of nice guys. Who will pull thus team together. ? -

This team looks disorganized at times. Jt Miller was doing giveaways like crazy in the first three games. Now he's playing scared....no confidence. Hughes is logging to many minutes especially this early in the season. They are a hang your head hockey team. Our most obnoxious player is a midget. We need more Kesler attitude on this team. -
[Report] Canucks hold players only meeting

Have you noticed when the team gets scored on they seem to deflate.....get the wind taken out of there sales....lose there offensive MOJO.? The defense needs to be improved. It is a problem. But it is not thee problem. This team has zero swagger. No arrogance. Mentally weak and have been for a while. We have enough talent on this team to win despite what is lacking in our d. -

THIS IS THE PROBLEM. This team is full of nice guys. We're to afraid to bring in an Evander Kane type of guy. Look at the grit on our 82 team the 2011 team. WE ARE MENTALLY SOFT Can you make players who are mentally soft mentally tough. I don't think so, they will always default back to that mentality if that's the way they are. That is why I said in an earlier post about Keslers attitude. Made him unlikable but he had an attitude that pumped up his teammates while on the ice. Love Bo, JT, they are keepers and not the problem. But we are missing a certain kind of leader. The real leader of our 2011 team was Kesler not Hank. When you get scored on you shouldn't hang your head you should get pissed off. -
I was at a game once sitting close to the ice. The biggest prick on the ice was Kesler. He never shut up while on the ice. Beaking of at the other team the whole game and chirping at his own teammates. He was boss. That's what this team is missing. It only takes one or two players like that to change the culture on the ice. We have to many nice guys. Mentally soft.

I still think jv has alot of potential as a player. If he's grown up at all and has the right coach he could be a good player.
