  1. Just mentioning that our presumed number one center, has turned into a number one winger. Maybe he gets going enough to be that center again, maybe not. 7 more years to find out.
  2. ^ from the link "In general, the greater the fusogenicity, the more severe the disease. Liu and his colleagues “observed increased cell-cell fusion in several new Omicron subvariants compared to their respective parental subvariants,” they wrote in their study, which appeared online on Oct. 20 and is still under peer review at New England Journal of Medicine." Nothing against these researchers but I hope they are wrong. We will know more after the 'peer review' process; but it does not look good. They do indicate that the vaccine(s) are still working well, so it will once again be the un vaxxed, feeling most of the damage. Hope those that get ill don't plug up, and collapse the system.
  3. That first could end up first over all, or a high lotto pick; would be a shame to lose a chance at Bedard or the next 2-4 players.
  4. Our number one center winger is a beast? Too bad he isn't the number one center.
  5. He did- the person that did the 'tweet' or whatever that picture is called, messed up. I heard the interview, the audio is likely still available at sportsnet650 AM
  6. Not that the Nucks need another forward, but........ Wonder what this guy would cost?
  7. https://www.msn.com/en-ca/sports/nhl/kraken-s-shane-wright-scratched-for-third-straight-game-with-family-in-attendance/ar-AA13wCsv?rc=1&ocid=winp1taskbar&cvid=38230f692d914d068f4eea139d3ea334 Shane Wright's NHL career is off to a rough start After being drafted fourth overall this summer by the Seattle Kraken and making the team out of training camp, the 18-year-old has been out of the lineup for four of the nine games the team has played so far. Even when he has been on the ice, Wright has averaged just 6:51 TOI, way below even a fourth line forward’s average minutes.
  8. ^ Without knowing the actual number of posts with that word, 500% could mean it went from one use per day to 500. It is highly unlikely, but who knows for sure? IF I were the reporter- I'd have asked for the actual #.
  9. Burnham may be ready to go next game!!
  10. If they make the play offs: iirc they will be the first team in NHL history to do so after losing their first 5 games. and also iirc they will be the first team to go winless in their first 7 games. I'm guessing the loser point makes the difference in the wording. So- it already doesn't look good. I've got more belief in JT having a plus 90 point season than the Canucks make the play offs, at this point.
