Been a god game. Winnipeg is playing without a few starters, but then we are missing our starting qb as well.

[PGT] Vancouver Canucks at Philadelphia Flyers | Oct. 15, 2022

Miller was on the ice, and wears an 'A' on his jersey. If Bo was on the ice, he would have had a chat with the ref. In either case, it would still make no freaking difference to the ref, or the game. -
I could have sworn I saw Rourke in a uniform, tossing a ball; during a promo from the early game.!!!!!!!!!!! EDIT-- I WAS WRONG.

Starting to wonder if Bo wants to be here anymore. Can not have been easy, year after year of disappointment. Then he finally gets a top line winger in Brock, to help he and Pearson put up some points as the number one line. A year later, Brock goes on Petey's line, never to really return. Heck Brock has probably now played more with Miller than he ever did with Bo? Takse all the important face offs, then mostly skate off the ice, right away. Then get your actual shift. I swear 2 or 3 minutes per game of this guy's ice time is strictly for faceoffs. -

Sadly, we had a better record, after two games, last year. -

I think that language was very appropriate. Now, instead of hearing him, and others talk; I'd like to see them do! -

https://www.msn.com/en-ca/health/medical/health-warning-to-former-covid-19-sufferers-over-serious-psychological-side-effects/ar-AA12Y533?ocid=msedgdhp&pc=U531&cvid=cc03a653a6ee484582977d40845c1758 " Experts have revealed that people dealing with the aftermath of Covid-19 are at risk of serious mental health issues. A major study looking into the long-term after effects of the global virus found that patients over the age of 50 in particular are at risk of a raft of psychological issues. The Mirror reports however, that it isn't just over-50s who are at risk. All who have caught the virus, regardless of age, severity, gender and ethnicity are more likely to be left with mental health issues than those who have never caught the virus. The researchers behind the study also found that many of those who have already had the virus had increased psychological distress, depression, anxiety and lower life satisfaction. Joint author, Dr Ellen Thompson of King’s College London, said: “These findings suggest that there were prolonged mental health consequences of Covid-19 infection for some people at the beginning of this pandemic. Understanding why this is the case will be key to finding treatment strategies for those affected as well as preventing such effects in future pandemic waves." The study suggested that over 50s were more likely to be worried about catching the virus, The Sun reports. They were also more prone to blood vessels and brain changes after infection, compared with younger people. Researchers found that worse mental health associated with the virus did not lessen over time after infection, researchers found. The study, which was published in the Lancet Psychiatry, used data from nearly 55,000 people who took part in research projects during the pandemic. The grim discovery comes after a study earlier this year linked long Covid with a threefold increase in the risk of Alzheimer’s disease and a doubling of Parkinson’s disease. The Danish study revealed that people who have had a Covid-19 infection were also at risk of later developing life-altering brain complications. These conditions include Parkinson’s disease, Alzheimer’s disease and ischaemic stroke, which Covid patients are more likely to develop later in life. Researchers in Denmark examined data from 919,731 people who took tests for the virus. The scientists found that the 43,375 positive patients in the study were 3.5 times more likely to develop Alzheimer’s down the line. They also discovered that the cohort was 4.8 times more likely to suffer a brain bleed, 2.7 times more likely to suffer an ischaemic stroke, and 2.6 times more likely to develop Parkinson’s. The study analysed in- and outpatients in Denmark between February 2020 and November 2021, as well as influenza patients from the corresponding pre-pandemic period. Perhaps the issue is that while coaches etc get removed from the job they were doing, they still get paid; and perhaps her deal was terminated, and no more money is coming in? Time, and looks like the court, will tell.

This would be a great time to offer vaccinated health professionals a new career in B.C.. do an advertising blitz and see if we can 'poach' a couple hundred doctors and a couple thousand nurses, along with med techs.

One or the other, in this case you cannot have both.
