Canuckarmy- not league army; so I'm not all that surprised they write about Canuck things and issues. -

correct, from Miller's point of view. From the team's stand point, the sooner he signs the sooner the team can give more attention to the other things needing to be done. Part of the pressure of negotiations. However, if he was signing a team friendly deal it would be done by now. Just like if the team would give him what he wants- it would be done by now. So it seems there will be no discount. Thus Miller is trade bait.- Which is also part of the negotiating pressure. -

When you were young, did someone mistakenly tell you life was fair? That can be a big handicap, in your day to day life. -

Yeah, that was my point Miller done sooner gives more time and focus to the other holes in the team. -

Heard the discussions by Buck and Dan regarding manipulating the starters, to line up the best for the Baltimore series; and wondered: " Would Charlie have done that?" I think not. So far I find John to be much more actively trying to get runs, and plays, than Charlie was. Good thing, because even when the bats aren't hot, you still need more runs than the opposition, to win. Next year is a way off, yet I'm already optimistic for that year. More play base ball than try to crush baseball. -

That pressure- comes from being a good team mate and loyal organizational player. signing earlier gives the team more time and ability to concentrate on the other things the team needs to do like: re-sign their captain. find a D man to replace Schenn, Burroughs, and Keeper after this season find a D man to replace Meyers at the end of next season and so on. -
It is sad when your partner can't tell that you are "all the way in".

I don't know, for sure, but some people should only lip synch; and leave the cover songs for other people.

There are likely a few areas in the ALR that are truly not farmable, or of value to nature conservation; and those I'm fine with being used for housing. All other ALR land should be being actively farmed or used for water storage areas by building/digging ponds and such. They can be used as swimming spots; otherwise empty fields, become BMX tracks and so on. But the land needs to be kept in such a way it can be used as farmland again, with 1 months notice. The ability to quickly grow what we might need is a vital thing to have.

Game is about a half hour early today, according to my schedule. -
A lot of homes house multiple people, so it is at least a start in the right direction. Nothing is fixed overnight-except my cat.

[Signing] Jonathan Dahlén signs with Timrå (SHL)

On his plus side-the guy is going to be a rock star on his team, his legacy will live on in legends told of the homecoming saviour. He will be a one of a kind guy for that organization. He keeps that team from relegation, and he will get a free pass to most events and meals in the city. A "warrior" king so to speak. That has a very strong allure to it. -

spend the off season with his Dad. Vlad Sr. might be able to teach how to hit the ball, from anywhere, like he used to do. side note: Buck seems to be giving out mixed and confusing messages.-again. " Need to take a few" " These guys are aggressive, no need to take pitches'". " Bo's got plate discipline" " Bo and Vladdy did alright last year on first pitches"---------------Yah, they did, but how is this year looking? " Good job taking that pitch by Vladdy". "have to take pitches and get the pitchers back into the strike zone" Come on Buck make up your mind. Starting to wonder if this will be Buck's last season. -
