Bad mental health day are never good. Sometimes it's hard to keep it all together, and it doesn't help when you constantly hear "anyone can be replaced" or "everyone has problems" like your health just doesnt matter

The best thing I ever did was realize that I can't expect people who don't have mental health issues themselves / people that do but are in denial and suppress it to understand me or give any proper advice.
You can't let those people affect you at all since they are honestly just blind to the issue and will likely have 0 proper advice. Gotta just brush off the nonsense they say and stay in your own lane + talk to those who actually understand.
Personally I was blind to it myself and was always suppressing my problems with excessive weed smoking or weekend binge drinking...
The best thing that helped me was talking to friends/family/teammates about problems... And only those that understand. Don't waste your time with a holes.
And another thing was reading "the secret"... Not just reading it for the sake of reading it. But studying all its principles and reflecting on each chapter trying to find out how it relates to your own life.
Mental illness isn't going to fix itself over night, my issues are still a work in progress but getting better. Hope my two cents can be of some help

Look in the mirror and count five blessings. Clearly you have a fabulous sense of humour. That’s one. You are obviously a really nice person. That’s two. You feel deeply about life, which likely extends to those you love. That’s three.
Two more should be easy for you. Do that every time you walk past a mirror. Stop, and count your blessings.

50 years of fighting mental illness followed by 20 years of medication, counselling, and family support. Counting blessings helps a lot too.
