    the willie d era really killed the enjoyment of this team and the sport as a whole cause i didnt watch many other teams and i dont play with the whatever fantasy league deals and this team just stopped being "fun"  so yea, definitely took a stap back from where i was like, 10 years ago. nowadays im watching more teams (seattle) than our own team tbh cause they have things in place and are fun to watch

    funny thing about spiders. i was in austrailia back in 2008 for a week with friends. we stayed at this lil hotel in perth and i was rooming with one of my buddies and our beds were like side by side, and i was like, would it be gay if i moved the table to this side and we pushed our beds together? he wasnt down for that so i went to the bar and started drinkin.

     

    the other 2 fiends who were next door met up with us and said, hey we're going to the vineyard, so i went back to the room to get my shit and i look above my bed and theres this giant huntsman spider directly above where my head would be. just chilling there on the wall. being free, living its best life. i freaked out and ran to the desk and was like, can you kill this spider please and the guy was like AWE I'M SORRY MATE, CAN'T TOUCH THE SPIDERS. and i was like, can i like, get a different room please?? so they acquiesce and give me a room a floor up. no spiders but there was a snake in the bathtub. buddy's like, it's not venonous. enjoy your stay!

     

    i was okay with the snake room cause buddy there would eat spiders in the room

     

    suffice it to say, i spent the entire week there trashed off red wine and fosters

    damn. first started posting here back in 2003. i was a teenager then. met a lotta real cool people over the years; disappeared for many at a time (ran the "unofficial" board for a little while) but always found my way back here. i may have become disenchanted with this team over the past 10 years or so, and my activity here slowly dwindled but i loved popping in on game days and just vibe with everyone and shitpost during the playoffs.

     

    stealth and co. ran a tight ship here for so many years and it's greatly appreciated for making this place enjoyable for everyone. gonna miss you all!

    i recently got a call from my dr and he referred me to see a specialist in surrey. the specialist's office called me and i'll be having an appointment to start me on HRT in january. im so excited ;a;

    Did Canucks ownership and Management miss the opportunity to capitalize the relationship between Boudreau and Kevin Owens to increase the brand awareness of the The Vancouver Canucks globally?

    nah. the main problem is the NHL has 0 brand awareness. it will never be as mainstream as the other leagues, until the current regime dies out, and the NHL gets people in charge who actually know how to market their teams. youd think vegas would have worked, but drawing the lowest ratings in 30 years for a SCF game, just shows the higher ups dont have a clue
