  7. the whole learning the "wwe style" is mostly for newcomers not to mention money from ppv's and house shows. developmental deals are mostly for the younger guys where they learn the history of the business and all that stuff with fitness training and working on their promo. there's more to the performance center than sticking a guy in the ring and learning the "wwe style" a guy like aj styles, a proven champion, a guy who can go, a veteran, he doesn't need developmental. he will spend some time in nxt while they work on angles for him to be in and to see how he works with others in a much larger environment. spending your whole career in the indies and tna, to go to wwe is much different walking out on raw in front of 10-13,000 people than walking out on impact in front of 1500
  8. well according to pwinsider it's a deal that takes him to bound for glory. gives them more time to work out a long term plan but money is of the essence here
  9. i'll be getting it at around christmas time, same time i bought wwe 13. i only really like the games for create a wrestler =p itll be interesting tho how 2k handled the game. they promoted the hell out of it, which is great
  10. i'm sick :|

  11. just a tune i can relate too years ago.just have to clean up yourself and realize what's more important
  12. ah sorry SK. cdc failed and i lost my reply to you. rather not type it out again :|
  13. his match with undertaker was that match. no one cared about triple h and brock and cena/rock 2
  14. in tna, whatever raven did was great (even in wcw, was a huge mark for the flock. that's where i became a fan of billy kidman). that match with cm punk was much better than it should have been. the guy, in his interviews, was never really bitter towards wwe-- he was just disappointed on how he was handled, at the time
  15. what raven could bring to the table is worth as much as paul heyman in gold
  16. not even the all mighty vince russo could have saved that. come on, now.
  17. yep the invasion. one of the biggest disappointments ever, but booker t did become a hall of famer and is one of the most respected guys in the business
  18. i would say raven. there was just so much potential but 2001 =/= 2013 even DDP. at the time, ddp was just such a huge star and was buried, but that was in 2001
  19. i never said he won't get pushed. he just won't be in the main event for some time, since that belongs to daniel bryan and orton. they can always use aj to be the corporation's biggest acquisition to screw with daniel bryan, and use a story going to their time in ROH . there's just so much they can do with aj styles. triple knows knows what can bring business and to say aj styles won't mean business for wwe would be foolish. they would use aj to completely crush tna, and there's nothing more that would bring a smile to the face of wwe to just bury tna, since wwe knows who tna is. it's not like wwe just ignores tna's existence. they know who they are. they've been playing for sting for years now since triple h has gained more influence. the whole thing he said about "tna has nothing we want" is just a work to the internet fans. guys like aj styles and samoa joe, according to steve austin himself, would flourish in wwe today, and austin has openly admitted he pays attention to tna and likes all of the talent there. austin isn't realy a "wwe" guy, he's stated that, and he's a "professional wrestling" guy and has put over tna on his pod cast every chance he gets, despite being a "wwe guy" you listen to the recent ric flair program on his podcast, and on part 2 i believe, flair kinda buries tna and austin quickly changes the subject, and on a recent Q&A with hogan in toronto, he says, on a way tna can really get over, would be to give the keys to eric bischoff. the only way tna can be successful would give eric full controll. that's coming from the guy who was in toronto, and was trying to make himself look like the good guy and sucking up to the toronto media there, and making himself look like the look like the victim with the heat he has with bret hart-- the representative of tna
  20. if you find tna entertaining, then good for you, but for you to come in and give a "rating" for wwe shows "5 - 6.5" for RAW while saying impact was the greatest thing since sliced bread, thats where most people will disagree with. i don't find tna entertaining at all. the talent are great wrestlers, but that's about it. a guy like austin aeries and booby roode, i find actually entertaining. the rest of the tna roster i couldn't care less about, if you want my honest opinion. i'm not really biased at all. i'm more realistic. i've seen what guys like wade barrett, kofi kingston and del rio are capable of instead of what you've seen in the past year, where all of those guys would be main event guys in tna. not saying anyone on the tna roster can't flourish in wwe. but you tna people shelter and overhype those guys so much where you just set them up to fail
  21. pretty much all we need to know. well... it's all we know
  22. exactly. it's a no brainer, but wwe will probably want him full time, and i dont see the harm in that. if at the time, wwe goes over seas, especially in the uk and australia, aj would be making some serious cash with sell out house shows. if he gets jobbed out, who cares? at least make the match interesting. if the crowd gets behind aj atyles then wwe will push him. as long as you're over in front of 4000 people at a house show or 10,000 people on raw, or 15,000 people at a ppv on the pre show, you will get a push. it's only up to aj styles himself whether he gets pushed or buried
