  1. ahhh...............6 - 2 the worse lead in hockey when the other team has it!
  2. You have to ask your self why Gaudette is last man back? Don't you think? Who writes this stuff?
  3. It is funny how just over 7 days can change ones perspective........lol
  4. I think what those that would argue that, are not getting is the big picture, Arrow. It is a bottom line thing, which is, Jake's coach has lost faith in him, and to some degree, so has Benning. That in itself is a huge statement. But I think that only underlines what most see with Jake. I am sure Jake will get back in, but Jake is getting passed by and needs to apply himself. Again, I am thinking Green is feeling the same way, most of us are, and if Jake he wants a to play, he will need to get that figured out. I think Green is just a reflection of what people are generally saying, and if he thought differently, Jake would be playing
  5. Thanks for answering back Arrow I actually don't have a problem with Jakes Offense, except for his give a $hit factor. He is brutal in that regard, and it affect his entire game. Now, I said this, way before Hoglander go here, years before, and that is Jake does not play aggressively, at least not consistently enough. The guy is built like a brick $hithouse and plays like he is Inge Hammarstrom's brother. The guy would be so much more effective if he did. And that is what is preventing him from going to the next level. He just plays like he does not care. IMO, he is worried more about his face than the game. People have given up on him, and if he does not get going soon, he will be gone, because there are guys that can do what he is doing, for alot less money.
  6. Well there is Virtanen and Gaudette proposals jumping out all over the place Which is why I made these proposals Nick Paul is a fast skating power forward, who plays LW and Center, has a great F/O percentage Lawson Crouse is stuck in Arizona and has not arrived yet, but has the same basic potential as Jake was said to have. He is a hard working LW Well, with all these proposals, i have the feeling the masses are feeling Virtanen and Gaudette do not fit in the LT plans I would agree, and feel that it is better to move them now, while they have value Again.......Nick Paul and Lawson Crouse
  7. Yes, I agree, which is why I suggested Nick Paul
  8. Of Course it is Stawns But what is way more important is that we learn from our mistakes Which is what I am saying Only look to the past for answers in the future
  9. I think you are missing my point Lets just make this simple.................imagine if Moderna or Pfiser had a lab set up in Canada where they just had to walk in and start producing My point is that they would be alot quicker to production, then say a start up company coming in and starting from scratch, with no facility and no formula Where as Pfiser or Moderna could walk in with that already done............... If the major manufactures were all licensed to come into Canada and start producing immediately, we would be so far ahead of where we are now, with not having to re-invent the wheel All profits could go to what ever company was producing the vaccine, but we would get it faster..... Yes, I do understand the logistics of getting the raw materials.......but that is one issue to over come instead of many
  10. I accept your point.......and agree I should have been more to the point Was trying to soft sell Love them both, just responding to some earlier comments OJ has not played bad at all, nor has Chatfield
  11. Oj is a plus 2 in 7 games, JC is a plus 1 in 5 games................both having sheltered minutes and although you are right about Chatfield being a better skater than OJ You have to have a succession plan for Edler....,,,,,,,you have to! It is not about OJ vs JC It is about getting OJ ready I have no problem with platooning, but these guys need ice time Unless Benning does not plan on using him But god help us if Hughes or edler go down and we do not have someone ready And just to point out something......OJ has not played bad
  12. Just a small random thought There is some talk tonite about OJ vs JC And I thought Chatfield played a great game But Edler is here 1 maybe 2 more seasons And there is decline in Edlers game, albeit small but it is decline, never the less So, I think it is damned important to develop OJ and get those reps in I am not saying, he needs every game or anything, but we need him in, just much as JC Just saying!
  13. Well, here is one for you............. Imagine we picked Ehlers and that put us a little higher in the draft, so we missed all our Calder Cup kids I am just fine the way it all happened, thank you
