  1. That is exactly what I said..........I think? Until the judge says he is guilty, he is not!
  2. On DeAngelo.................give me some analytics............otherwise, you don't know what you are talking about! On Kane.........................sure there is smoke, I do not disagree, but do you know first hand?
  3. Man, you guys are friggin brutal! The guy has been charged.....................he has not been found guilty, yet! If and when he is, then you bet, vent, but as of now, he is not guilty!
  4. DeAngelo is part of the puzzle, not the entire puzzle........he is +12 at even strength...........EVEN FRIGGIN STRENTH, HEFTY! And with Kane, he is an offensive power forward, who can keep possession of the puck.........I think that is good for your team, if you have the puck more....Isn't it?????
  5. Well, the puritans on this site did not like Anthony DeAngelo...............33 pts in 32 games Now, have big comments for Kane.....................just watch! You will see! LOL And he will stand up for his team mates, not like the guy who takes fly bys on dirty opposing players The game is played on the ice, people!
  6. Well, here is what I think on the subject I do not think you are going to get a Maker, Fox, Hughes, Seider, Hiskenen, type player I also think it will be almost impossible to get a Drysdale, Clarke, Power, Dobson, etc type player I think it is much more likely to get a Schneider, Durzi type player.............which IMO, are not ever going to be elite, but more solid 2/3 types I look forward to seeing what JR does to this end...............could he move up the draft and draft our own, or does he trade for a 3rd tier type? We will know soon enough, I would imagine.
  7. I think that Mailloux is a prospect that has an interesting skill set, and "could " be a valuable asset..... The boy was 17 years old, and made a very terrible mistake. My hope is he has worked on his respect , and decision making issues. As for our new AGM, she is a professional, and " IF " she was onboard with the talent, she would consider it. I would especially think she would be able to see the other side of this issue, being she was a player agent at one time, and knowing how young these kids are. But, in saying all this, it should be a team decision with all aspects being considered. Including how it effects the office staff and ticket holders. But, again, not to bring up old news, but the kids only error in life was to post pornography that he created........... So, new flash, immature kids, do immature things......maybe it was poor parenting, or he got caught up in a moment of a bad decision. I am not excusing it, but young men, drink and drive, throw rocks that take eyes out, bully, etc......and still turn out to be outstanding people when grown up. A kid threw a baseball and hit my son in the back of the head at 14 years old, I later worked with that guy, and he was horrified by what he had done.... He had kids, and it just scared the hell out of him, someone could do that to one of his kids............."He grew up! " and is now quite impressive as an adult. IMO, the kid should not be asked to penalized for the rest of his life, and if he is understanding how bad it was, and repents, then he should get a chance to live a normal life, including hockey.
  8. CDC, just remember! < Don't be confused of who is in charge!
  9. I will agree to a point there certainly are holes but sometimes when players are put in different positions of responsibility, it really changes things A few trades, fill in the holes, then lets see the sum is not equal to the parts
  10. Man, stop the crying. We had 4 top players out 1 just back from covid and one back the game before And the back ups back up in net!
  11. Horvat.........faceoffs/boards Garland........energy/non stop motor Pearson........boards Demko..........The wall
  12. I am still a little confused on Myers shoot in during 3 on 3 ? My dog was confused!
  13. Hey! If anyone said we would be getting points from games where our AHL goalie was playing in, I would not believe them. Well done Spencer!
  14. IMHO, you might be looking for too much offense.............. I think I would be looking at Helge Grans or Barron...the cost might be less than Soderstrom
  15. I just want to say, that every thing we have seen from Spencer martin, makes me feel that Halak could be moved, and our goaltending would not suffer
  16. the kid actually has 15 points in 5 games for Spartak (MHL)

  18. Let me make this perfectly clear.........I was never a Bee Gee's fan but, as I get older, what I marvel at is the clarity in their voices You have to listen to "How to mend a broken heart" to really appreciate them. Not the best voices...but their clarity was incredible
  19. again........listen to the artistry............
  20. Have you ever seen this? You really have to appreciate the totality of this,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,in Hamilton no less!
