I don't mind Green, but it does frustrate me that he is more of the, "they need to earn their spot", then a "put them in a situation to succeed", type coach.
Hughes seems to be the latest affected by it. I know, it's been 2 games. But this guy is the top-ranking prospect in the NHL right now, and is known by all scouts to be a Powerplay specialist D-man. Yet, he gets less then a minute on the powerplay.
Someone tell Green that we're out of the playoffs, and the people in the stands are wanting to see what Hughes can do. No one wants to see more Ryan Spooner than Quinn Hughes.
