I would say the anti vaxx/ anti mask stuff is a legitimate argument one could make.. but the anti covid stuff is pure nonsense and outright dangerous.

I mean early in the pandemic it seemed like a giant hoax to me and it obviously is not.

I personally know people who have had the virus.

      Has it been overblown yes.

As for vaccines remember it is persons body they have the final decision don't bully them into something they are are not comfortable.

However I am still getting the vaccine in 3 days.

Someone just died from the AstraZeneca vaccine so where is the justice in that?

@drummer4nowthe anti-vax argument is purely from fear and not data. the problem with the "long term effects unknown" or "there are complications with the vaccine" arguments isn't that they're invalid - because they are true. the problem is that every study done so far has shown that the short term complications are much more rampant from getting the virus itself than the vaccine (i.e. blood clots). similarly for long term effects unknown, how do you weigh the unknown long term effects of a virus versus the vaccine that's been studied extensively to fight it? I just don't understand the anti-vax position whatsoever.

@Tom Sestito are you saying that nobody's had complications from any of the vaccines?

Also does the vaccine stop you from transmitting it and is it effective against the new strains/variants?

Genuine questions, I've lost interest long time ago in keeping up with Covid.  I'll get the vaccine eventually when the rush dies down.
