  1. My ignore list just keeps getting bigger

  2. Ignorant posts like that deserve a facepalm.
  3. Boston doesn't have the cap space at the moment, while we do. I'm perfectly fine with giving Iggy $3-$4 million, as long as it's no more than a 3 year contract.
  4. Bouwmeester - Pietrangelo Gunnarsson - Shattenkirk Leopold - Jackman I honestly didn't think the Blues defence could get any better, it just did.
  5. VERY happy with Demko and Tryamkin. I think both will turn out to be steals

  6. Anyone else have a feeling Benning isn't done?

So the moral of the story is pick up guys for the future, not for the now.

  7. Buffalo: Dougherty NY Islanders: Lemieux St. Louis: Barbashev Calgary: Demko Tampa: MacInnis Vancouver: Mckeown In my opinion.
  8. I like this too. It's just that Burrows on the third line gives us an opportunity to sign two top six forwards in free agency.
  9. I think Kassian will for sure be on the 2nd line this year. Jensen I think could play with the Sedins unless we make a move for a legit first liner. Here's how I see it: _____ - Sedin - Jensen Sedin - _____ - Kassian Higgins - Horvat - Burrows Matthias - Richardson - Hansen/Santorelli
  10. You lost all credibility saying Kassian and Jensen will be nothing more than third liners.
  11. All you're doing is trolling and you have no idea what you're talking about.
  12. Ok even if we do move up for Reinhart this is what our prospect chart would look like: _____ - Reinhart - Kassian _____ - Horvat - Jensen Gaunce - Cassels - Grenier Fox - Matthias - Archibald As opposed to: Ritchie - Horvat - Kassian Shinkaruk - Gaunce - Jensen Fox - Cassels - Grenier Lain - Matthias - Archibald That's what I meant by LW depth. 2nd line up is a little weak at center but the top six is solid and it isn't rocket science to figure out which line up is better.
  13. You do know trading Shinkaruk for Reinhart leaves us with ZERO LW depth right? Shinkaruk + Virtanen/Ritchie/Nylander/Ehlers > Reinhart.
  14. Shinkaruk should be considered untouchable. If we move him we have literally no LW prospect depth.
  15. Jensen/Tanev, a roster player and the 6th?
  16. Exactly. Trading young players who are close to NHL ready for even younger prospects is counter productive, and would only make the rebuild longer.
  17. Now just imagine the dilemma if both Reinhart AND Ekblad were BC boys

  18. I think the only way I'd be ok with trading Shinkaruk is if we're packaging him for Evander Kane. To Vancouver: Emerson Etem, 10th & 24th overall To Anaheim: Ryan Kesler then for Kane: To Vancouver: Evander Kane To Winnipeg: Hunter Shinkaruk, Emerson Etem, 2014 10th overall then for the 1st: To Vancouver: 2014 1st overall To Florida: Chris Tanev, 2014 6th & 24th overall We walk out of the draft with Kane and Reinhart. Pretty reasonable IMO but that's my opinion.
