  1. This and being able to converse with Trev, Jimbo and Willie D in their native language (Prairie) will keep Sutter around here for as long as those ol' boys are in charge. Tell you what.
  2. Microscope is in full effect here. It's a good thing the team ignores all this media drama.
  3. I'd like to see a half decent effort from him on Tuesday vs San Jose.
  4. I would kind of like to see us start the season looking similar to this. I wouldn't necessarily want to heap a heavy load of responsibility on Boeser too early myself. Baertchi Horvat Eriksson Sedin Sedin Goldobin Granlund Sutter Boeser UFA energy guy Chaput Dorsett
  5. I liked the video and I like to plus people for participating in the music threads as encouragement generally.
  6. Yeah Raffi was fifth in his draft year I do believe.
  7. I sure hope not. He is arguably the most important player on the team. I can't imagine our being at all competitive without him back there. And he's is still young at 27, it's not like he can't be part of the next generation. And he was such a great underdog story, I'd hate to lose that guy.
  8. I remember seeing this live in the middle of the night on Tom Snyder's Tomorrow show. Was a real treat, the Dead didn't perform on tv very much.
  9. I see some Taylor Pyatt in Guance. Without the offense of course.
  10. I think so too. And of course his UND buddy Stecher,
  11. Yes, and do have a multitude of different player personnel needs for their organization. It's about more than assembling thirty highly paid NHLers, they'll need cheap contracts, and even guys earmarked for their AHL affiliate to round things out obviously. I think Boucher is a serious pickup possibility for Vegas.
  12. Yeah, just little things like wearing a traditional hockey number tell you the kid is all character.
  13. It wasn't a shot at him personally, though I guess I can see how it might come off that way. What I meant to say was, Brock is a first round draft pick and high picks aren't usually asked to sign ATOs as a favor to the team. I think Brock would be taken aback somewhat if Benning were to try that tact, which I'm also 100 percent sure he won't. His agent would shoot that down straight off anyway. It would make sense were he a project like, say, Joe Labate was coming out of Wisconsin. This stuff has already been decided by precendent.
  14. If you want to really piss him off offer him an ATO to play in Utica lol. I just hope he signs so we can get him into a few games with the Canucks this year.
